We were looking for a good bbq place and boy did we find it!!! Excellent meat, good sides, and good service! The brisket literally melts in your mouth, the pork ribs were tender and tasty, and the sausage was tender and oh, so flavorful! We will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!

They have a buffet line with a variety of choices. All you need to do is tell the server-side what you want and how much, and they fix your plate up. They also have a self served salad bar that is very good. And if BBQ is what you want, then they have a menu for that. The Dinosaur ribs are delicious and masterfully cooked. Owners are very nice and very much want for customers to have a wonderful experience eating there. I have been coming to eat here for almost a year and a half... 1+ 1/2 yrs... I know time flies by when you're eating good!!! You know, they also have live music on weekends. Tasty margaritas and beer, and a really nice bar with a variety of adult beverages!! Lastly, I have shared some of my family and food pictures of how much we love Mesquite House BBQ!!

Vegetarian options: They do have a salad bar. They also have sides like green beans, coleslaw, potatoe salad, corn, and things.

Parking: Go early and have a great time. Some BBQ meat items do run out fast!!

Wheelchair accessibility: I myself have mobility issues and need help from my family. But even if I have to struggle, just a little bit getting inside the food and experience and the owners make it worth my while.

Have had theirs breakfast buffet line for the first time. The food was on point. Also, the full menu for lunch was great from brisket, sausage, chicken, pork ribs, and beef finger ribs. You won't be disappointed. Well worth the drive.

Went on 11/16/2024. It's a nice place. As we walked in, the waiter immediately advised us that he was the only one on the floor and had been there waiting the tables by himself since 7 am. We still stayed, and it seemed that he got a bit bothered that we stayed after what he told us. We ate, and the BBQ was good, but we felt like we were a bother to the waiter.

So just ate the breakfast, OMG I'm so full. The whole breakfast was FANTASTIC!!! Don't get me started on the menu, I had like 6 bowls. Everything was cooked to perfection. Great staff and atmosphere. Will definitely be going back

This is insane.One server on the floor trying to serve all guest.Poor guy very nice.If this what family business is like stay away from this place.Sitting here looking at this breaks my heart.This is someone kid.Looks like the owners just care about making money.The doors are still open and alot of guest are coming in.The food wasn't great at all.It was hot but not worth it.They were out of alot of the menu.Take this review and listen to it.Hopefully the tip goes to the guy who served us.

We just ate here this evening.
The food is good, even my 3 little ones were giving complents!
The owner is a very nice guy, a real people pleaser, and the same goes for the entire staff.
They have a BBQ buffet in the evenings, salad bar included.
They also offer family style by the pound, and catering!
I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to do so after our visit tonight.

This place is on point. Been meaning to try it out for a while now and the opportunity came around. The food has always been amazing since their CC location. I love there brisket street tacos and barbacoa. The enchilada casserole was on point. The barbecue from this place needs a spot on someone's Texas Top 5 list publication. That's just the food. The hospitality in this place is the best in the area. Great people, great service. Personal attention from the owner who has a great passion for every detail of his business. He was out wiping his already clean windows and greeting customers as they came in and explaining his menu options. The decor is nice and rustic. I highly recommend you come try it out. I'll definitely make it a habit to return to this awesome place.
