How do you run out of chicken at 12 pm? I waited 45 minutes for my order when they said 15 minutes. I had to get down from the drive thru!!!! Worst service ever! How are you not prepared!!!! Sad!!! So sad!!!!

Went the other day and had the best service in a longtime from any restaurant. It was a long wait and one of the workers Sean or Shawn whatever his name was offered me a drink for waiting and no one from anywhere has done that in a long time. It feels good still knowing that there is still good customer service out there.

Went the other day and had a great time ordering my food as the worker Sean was really nice and helpful in helping figure out what I wanted and the prices . I have went to other restaurants and Its hard to get great customer service like I had with him . Would definitely recommend for anyone that has time to go out to eat to try Popeyes and if u get Sean he will make it time there well spent .

I’ve tried this spot a few months ago, food wasn’t to great but I just recently dined in and food was awesome and tasted very fresh, I’m hoping this restaurant can stay consistent. Only negative thing I can say was the cashier seem like they were in a bad mood. I had asked that I am missing a few tenders and if they want to see my receipt, the cashier looked at me and looked very annoyed but handed me the right amount of tenders in a to go box.

Roaches all outside there building 1 ended up flying into my car, wouldn’t be surprised if they’re in the building as well. Ordered a 3 and 5 piece tenders both boxes were bland didn’t get my large Mac n Cheese and they gave me a red beans and rice instead. Chicken had no flavor whatsoever then best thing in my meal was the lemonade…(drive thru menu is still broken)

Man I tried that new honey mustard wrap and it was delicious 🤤 It hit the spot. Randy and Shawn helped me out with my order today and their service was really welcoming. With the combination of the service and the food it totally uplifted my day.
