I went in earlier with my son and his girlfriend, food was very fresh and hott, the staff was very welcoming and nice. I didn’t get to get her name she has tattoos on her face and Also was a gentleman named Sean I believe, lobby was clean!! Way to go popeyes you all are getting better keep up the good work also give them a raise 😬❤

The crew at Popeyes is some of kindest people I've ever met. The customer service at both the Kingsville and Robstown location Always exceeds my expectations and leaves me feeling pleased with my dining choice. With dining out being sooo expensive, I am always on the hunt for a good value coupled with a positive experience and Popeyes provides both of those things. It's the small touches that elevate a fast food dining experience and the gracious staff here have done that repeatedly for me and my family. When I've got a hankering for fried chicken it will only and always be Popeyes!!

How do you run out of chicken at 12 pm? I waited 45 minutes for my order when they said 15 minutes. I had to get down from the drive thru!!!! Worst service ever! How are you not prepared!!!! Sad!!! So sad!!!!
Went the other day and had the best service in a longtime from any restaurant. It was a long wait and one of the workers Sean or Shawn whatever his name was offered me a drink for waiting and no one from anywhere has done that in a long time. It feels good still knowing that there is still good customer service out there.

Went the other day and had a great time ordering my food as the worker Sean was really nice and helpful in helping figure out what I wanted and the prices . I have went to other restaurants and Its hard to get great customer service like I had with him . Would definitely recommend for anyone that has time to go out to eat to try Popeyes and if u get Sean he will make it time there well spent .
