Decided to order around 7:50 pm and didn't get my food till 9:30pm. I'm guessing they were short staff or something bt and hour and 40 minutes is unacceptable. The food otherwise came out the freshest and was really delicious bt the wait is just crazy asf.

this store needs to be subject to re-training. even firing some of the staff and bringing in new staff would probably help. i have never had a good experience getting food from here. the order’s usually wrong or missing something. the last time something went wrong the manager got involved and nothing was solved. my order was missing all the fries and the pregnant lady at the counter had me waiting almost an extra 30 minutes from what they originally told me was the wait time(which...

I ordered bone in wings with fries and regular chicken sandwich with voodoo fries witch were good but the bun for chicken sandwich was hard as a rock could not bite into the bun never again first time ordering that meal
