Next time at Chili's ask to be seated at Jade's table. It's been a while since I've had friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and quick service at Chili's. I'm sure wait staff work hard there, but her hospitality didn't go the extra mile, it was exactly how service should be. It's amazing how being friendly and polite during service can make someone's day. Thanks, Jade. Go see her!
Typical my experience at Chili’s isn’t the best. But my server myles tended to my tables every need. We were never short on any drinks and he was a delight to have!
Great service and the food was very good, only issue I had was my honey Chipotle chicken strips were not sauced and was very salty. The drinks were on point and my family and I left pretty satisfied. We were greeted with great hospitality and treated very kindly. We really appreciate the warm welcoming, thoughtfulness, mindfulness, and professionalism the staff brought to the environment. Thank you Chili's team!

Chili's Grill & Bar in Kingsville offers friendly and helpful service along with a good selection of meals. The staff, including manager Adam, are attentive and ensure customers are well taken care of, whether dining in or picking up to-go orders. The food is generally very good, with some side dishes being small, and the drinks are mostly on point, including a notable burger to-go that was highly praised. Even though the building shows its age and may not be as clean as other locations, the service remains excellent. Wheelchair accessibility is available. Despite arriving close to closing time, the staff provided quick and attentive service to ensure a positive experience.
