Cathy catered our church crowd of 200 for our minister’s retirement today and the menu of chicken piccata, pork medallions with chimichurri sauce, mashed potatoes and marinated grilled vegetables was perfect! Everyone raved! Her crew was such a help- arrived early with hot dishes put them in our chafing dishes and gave us advice on how best to serve our large crowd. We will definitely use her again-highly recommend!

Hubby ordered the brisket enchiladas for today. Can you say delicious? Not only was the meat tender and well seasoned, the sauce just the right amount of spice, but also homemade corn tortillas. The rice and beans were delicious as well. Freshmade salsa was the icing on the cake. Thanks so much for the delicious food and clean kitchen.
