Dear Chipotle,
As a regular customer, I’m expressing my frustration with the service I received during my visit today.
I placed an online order and was eager to try your Watermelon Lemonade for the first time. Upon arriving at the window, I waited at least 3 to 5 minutes before the staff acknowledged my presence. When I finally received my food, it felt like my order was being handled with a complete lack of care. Instead of attending to my drink, the staff member walked away to assist another customer inside.
At that point, I gently honked my horn, and another staff member approached the window with an attitude that made me feel unwanted. When I told her I hadn’t received my drink, she asked, “What soda did you order?” I responded that I had ordered and paid for the Watermelon Lemonade. She then shut the window without a word and prepared my drink.
I’m not looking for monetary compensation, but I tried to reach out to the manager to discuss this experience without success. I would appreciate it if you could relay this feedback to management and encourage better staff training.
My meal cost $42.81, including a tip. After this experience, I will not return to this location; I would rather drive to another one.
The staff needs to understand that food is not just a transaction; it’s a part of our daily lives. Like them, I work hard for my money and expect my food to be cared for. Unfortunately, my order did not receive the attention it deserved, and they even omitted my meat.
While I’m not asking for compensation, addressing this issue is essential.

I don't frequent Chipotle, but sometimes it just hits that craving. This location however has been actively working to remove that craving from me. The employees are all early 20s children that can't follow basic instructions. They just drop a big dollop of an ingredient in the middle of an order with zero consideration of making a good meal for a customer. Then I was checking out and the person who made my lackluster tacos has to verbally confirm with the cashier after 3 attempts that yes, these are in fact chicken tacos. This experience just simply does not resemble what I'm used to from other locations. This is "fast casual", not "tell me what you want and hope I get it right now get the hell out".

This used to be one of our go-to places. However, lately, we have not been as happy with it. We noticed a couple of visits ago that the quality of the food has suffered. Mainly, the chicken has too much gristle in it. I can understand a piece or two, but not 6 or more in a burrito. My wife had the same complaint. I also feel the pinto beans were not cooked enough. they were too hard. I also feel the cleanliness is below par. All the tables were dirty. They obviously don't feel the tables need to be cleaned very often. The floor was also dirty. Come on, I know they can do better. I can't see me going back to this location any time soon.

I will not be returning to this location. I received a spoon of rice and brisket. The brisket didn’t have any flavor not like other locations and the meat was fatty.

Didn't give me the cheese and lettuce we ordered with the meal. Also forgot to give me the chips. Had to remind her about the chips (didn't notice the lettuce and cheese until we got to our destination) and when I was at the window (we never pulled off) I honked a few times to get her attention as she was stuck on her phone right next to the window still.

My first time here and new to the area. Was craving this for the longest and was surprised to see one so close by. This is one of my favorites to eat at, so I had to give it a try. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the food, service was great but the food was so bland, not a lick of salt or a pinch of pepper no where. You talking about hot mad and was hungry too. I paid $18 for 3 bites of rice. I tried my best to eat it but was no flavor whatsoever so ever. You can tell a person loves their job by the way your food tastes.
