Ordered a crepe. Sat down, dirty table. Couldn’t find anyone to clean it. So I put a napkin down because the table was sticky and gross. It took 40 minutes for it to come out. Undercooked, and ice cold. Went up and asked the cook to heat it up. She put it aside, no words were conveyed. So, I asked Mat the cashier to ask her to heat it, because she didn’t say anything. Which I understand, because she was ALONE and cooking for everyone. Mat told me there was a 40 minute wait. I said yup, we have waited 40 minutes. Perhaps a warning at the register when we purchased would have allowed us the ability to decide to stay or go. Mat became sassy with me. I was baffled. When we finally got the new one, it was undercooked. Unbelievable, prices way too high for such a poor product and service. Do better! We won’t ever be returning, and you might want to give Mat a class in customer service!!!

Watch your rewards with these people. Several times they have acted like their system is down or that there is a problem with the app. The toast app offers birthday rewards but Coco Crapes Kingwood is the ONLY one not working. This has happened many times over the last year or so with several people that I have spoken to.

I usually only come here when I'm in the area for school, but I may stop by here more often. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, especially today when I informed them of an allergic reaction I had and it was addressed smooth and quick. Despite my nut allergy I would recommend the chicken and avocado crepe lol, and the croque monsieur with turkey. Thank you to the cashiers your words were appreciated and I'm sorry about the misunderstanding ❤️

I normally try to keep to positive reviews but this visit was so bad I feel it needs to be said. When we first walked in, there was a customer in front of us waiting on an online order and unhappy. They asked her to step aside to wait for her order. The entire time it appeared she was recording us and the cashier. Very uncomfortable! I attempted to order a half panini and soup. The guy said I could not order from the panini menu that I had to build my own. I asked from where as there was nothing in the menu to build a panini from. He kept saying he didn’t know I just had to tell him what I wanted. I asked for clarification several times and he continued to say he didn’t know but I had to build it???? I pivoted and asked for a savory crepe- eggs and onions to keep it simple. He asked what sauce I wanted, most say pesto. I asked if their pesto is made with pine nuts as I am allergic to Pine nuts specifically. He literally said, if you’re afraid of nuts then don’t get it. Not afraid- allergic! Moving on- my husband ordered the French Toast. Food comes- French Toast is not cooked- very soggy in the center and not edible. My crepe tasted like sugar and cinnamon and very wet and soggy. We did not eat and left hungry and disappointed! Will not be back! Should have taken pics!

Was excited to come to cocos just to be standing at the cash register for 10 + minutes to never be greeted, not a “sorry I’ll be right with you”, nothing. Yall should have at least 3 people on shift. A cashier/runner, barista, & cook. Was really looking forward to eating a crepe and panini.

Reached about 15-20 minutes before they closed. Right of the bat were told that the cafe is about to close, we mentioned that we only needed a few drinks and they woukd be To Go. The person taking the other was rude and extremely disinterested in taking the order.

This Coco Crepes & Coffee location is wonderful! My family and I have gone several times a year since it opened and we have always enjoyed it! I always order the Ham and Mozzarella crepe, and it is delicious! The ham is cut into tiny squares, and the mozzarella just flows out of the crepe when I cut into it! I always get no aioli sauce as a personal preference! My aunt was here one time with us, and she commented that the coffee she had was one of the best ever!
This unique restaurant is such a nice change compared to all of the other Kingwood restaurants!

Came to eat after work here, and I ordered the waffle with the ice cream, and when I was handed my food, the ice cream came melted already; it looked nothing like the other Cocos location that I have been to. Another thing, the coffee was very bitter for a caramel crisp, and the workers weren’t even welcoming at all. The cashier looked irritated right off the bat, and once we were done ordering, they sat around the couch area on their phones and sat there until another customer finally came in to order. I will insert a picture of what I got and looked at another Coco's location vs. here.

I always had good service and mostly great food here, but apparently you shouldnt go when theyre busy. Just went there and ordered two medium coffees one with extra heavy cream and one with heavy cream. It took 15 minutes to get just two medium coffees only for the person who brought our coffee to not know which one had extra heavy cream and which one didn't. Tasted both and honestly neither seem to have heavy cream in it. Too crowded to even talk to a manager.

When we get here and started our order, they said the blender was broken. There are 2 blenders so that shows bad management if both are broken. Then I tried to order the coco addiction and was told they were out of heavy cream. I later tried to use the bathroom but one stall was out of order and the other one looked worse than a truck stop bathroom.
