Cute little place that my husband and I often noticed from afar, but never went into. We finally decided to try it and were bitterly disappointed. The place barely had people.. so not busy at all. We had another couple in front of us waiting on their drinks. The men attending us were so behind that the people seated outside were still waiting on their food/drinks. Normally I wouldn’t mind waiting at all, but the pace that they were moving at? Completely unmotivated and unfazed. When we finally got our drinks? They were completely different drinks. We politely brought it to their attention and didn’t mind waiting (despite 20+ minutes already going by). The guy acknowledged his mistake and re-made. Guess what? Wrong again. We ordered coffee-based drinks and received a hot chocolate type of thing and a fruit smoothie. We were so frustrated we took the drinks and left. Giving grace for mistakes should be practiced by any customer because things happen. But the lack of customer service and blatant carelessness? Would not recommend place to anyone. It’s a one and done.

Normally love this place. We walked in it wasn't busy. We were watching the guy who was making our food. He was touching is phone with gloves on and then touched our food. The guy also appeared to be sick. When we received our food it was cold and the cheese was not melted in my food and my husband's. This place needs to be checked by the health department. I normally am not picky about food but this was gross. Will not be going back.

I’ve been coming here on and off for a 5ish years now. Always been amazing! However… we came in this morning for my grandmothers birthday for brunch. Everyone is always helpful so I don’t necessarily have an issue with the service but. They completely forgot my wife’s meal, mine had some sort of tomato in it, I always get the chicken and spinach crepe, never has had tomato’s in it and it doesn’t have tomatoes on the menu for it. My grandmother doesn’t eat meat, so she ordered one of the menu items that didn’t have meat. She starts eating her food and there’s chicken in it. They fixed all the discrepancies in our meal but they put things in the crepes that weren’t on the menu. I don’t know that we will be returning.

Need to work on service skills
The table beside me got there food before us and we ordered before them. They didn’t give out any straws when they brought our drinks out or silverware! Pretty place but definitely need to work on service

I ordered a cappuccino and a Monte Cristo Crepe. I was looking forward to the meal and I was planning on purchasing myself a dessert crepe as well. I am glad I didn’t.
I was expecting a hot crepe but the Monte Cristo was lukewarm on the outside and cold on the inside. The presentation of the meal as nice. I asked an employee if that was normal and was told “that it was supposed to be cold, but all their other crepes were hot.” I found that to be odd. Regardless the crepe was cold and I did not care for it. It was very disappointing!
The cappuccino was good!

Stopped by this place for breakfast, and it exceeded all expectations. The crêpes were absolutely delicious—fresh, light, and full of flavour. Paired with a perfectly brewed coffee, it made for a great start to the day. The service was fantastic—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The ambience was relaxing, with a cosy and welcoming vibe that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the meal. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of both the food and service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delightful breakfast experience.

I loved this place. I have tried to contact them about the issues I encountered to no avail. I emailed them at [email protected] left a review and tried calling several times. I tried to reach out before I left this here and give them a chance to make it right. I was helping a fellow business out and placed an order for pickup as I have health issues and needed sustenance. I showed up only to be told my order wasn’t ready and basically I’d have to wait for a refund. I placed my order way before they had any customers and waited then was told they will not refund me as part of my order was ready and they were busy. I stood there forever and I did not have that time to waste. I’m out 30 bucks for a drink and sandwich…. The lady who forgot to make my drink moved my food with haste and I was treated as a nuisance because they were busy. It’s funny how I was dressed in uniform and was treated differently. I would normally come by dressed all fancy and take my food to go but because I was on a time crunch I placed it for pickup. I loved the customer service aside from the new hire and the manager after the way I was treated. At least that’s the story the lady told me she was a manager and the new hire was the one who forgot my drink…..love the idea and atmosphere but they seem to have issues with customer service and seem to only be worried about money. It’s all about execution and as you have a customer standing there waiting on an order that was ready 30 plus mintues ago you should not be making drinks of people as they walk in when you are behind and the customer waiting on her to go food is standing there in the way of incoming new customers, it was very awkward standing there and shaking because of low blood sugar and sweating and people are coming in and are also waiting on food.I even tipped as I always do because I myself have managed several restaurants but due to my health I am no longer able to do so. I understand what it takes to be successful and when you don’t take care of an easy online order and then blame the customer and refuse a refund because it’s busy it really makes it hard for me to encourage others to attend this establishment. I was kind and because of that and my uniform I feel as if I was discriminated against. I have NEVER had an issue being served coming in dressed all fancy. The rainbow outside is misleading as I didn’t feel like I was also included. Kindness goes a long way. You never know anyone’s story. This used to be a safe place. Now every day that I drive by it I’m riddled with anxiety and panic.

When I order a dulce de leche crepe I don’t want the whole thing filled with a pound of it. Just drizzle it lightly or lightly coat.

This place is memorizing! Watching them make crepes is amazing. I love the savory crepes like salmon and veggie goat cheese. My son loves the sweet like pb&j or Nutella.
We don't get here often, but it is always a treat.

We had our breakfast, tried Banana foster for the first time, husband tried cinnamon rolls, and our friend had a muffin. The portions were generous, too large for us to finish. We were spoilt for choices.
The atmosphere was quiet, people coming in and going out at a steady pace.
