Drive thru service. The original person at the window seemed to rush us. She did not wait to make sure everything was ok with the order (it wasn't). Thankfully, another worker saw us and immediately came over to help. She gets 5 stars... not sure if the other person had an emergency but it just left a bad taste...

Ordered a hotel fudge sunday... The ice cream is oddly grainy like frozen yogurt, very different than what im used to from DQ.
The HOT fudge on this Sundae has never even had the thought of warmth.... it was delivered with the a single clump of (never been) hot fudge.
I have better hotel fudge Sundaes at McDonalds and that makes me SAD. Not as sad as this hot fudge sundae though. Photo is after I asked for some extra fudge which was the same state as the proginal fudge.

This is the 3rd time within a month we have come here and have had Blizzard issues. Ranging from not having the flavors we wanted (went through 3 different flavors until they had one) to ice cream not working and then waiting 15 mins in drive thru for order when inside was closed and only 1 person ahead of us..

Staff was annoyed with customers being present, ice cream was barely cold enough to be solid, and several dirty tables. Love DQ and don’t want this place to end up closing due to lack of attention from ownership.

Mom Of Two
We ordered banana split with two chocolates and strawberry chocolate dipped in a cup, and hot fudge shake. The banana split first came with pineapple instead of double chocolate, then after that we realized there was no banana in the banana split. We ate in and spent rest of our time listening to the associates cussing very bad with our child in the restaurant.
Shame on management/owner's. 2 people running an entire DQ on a Sunday afternoon is cruel to youe staff. Food is good. Place is clean. But the workers are clearly frazzled running a place that should have at least 3, or 4 crew members.
