I was the only customer there at the time. The employee was very polite, considerate, and cheerful. I placed my order, and we had a nice conversation while he assembled everything. I got home and everything was exactly as I had ordered. Very good quality BBQ dinner!

Miss Patty is very nice very caring very concerned about each and every customer that comes through and I want to say personally thank her for doing a fantastic job on the brisket was very dry and I’m used to it having fat on it for the juice and I don’t appreciate that. Turn it back to where it used to be extra fat on the brisket and juicy.

Had a really poor experience with an online order. The food quality was horrible. Mostly fat and grease was served and everything was cold, also a lot of items were missing. I was so upset because they closed before I could speak to someone. I decided to give them a call the next day and the manager and a young man working there were very friendly and eager to make my order right. I felt appreciated and glad I gave them another chance.
