Last time I came to Dunkin I ordered the chocolate munchkins and they said “we only have five” so I said okay. I settled for half chocolate, half glazed for my 10 munchkin order. I ended up recieving two powdered donuts, three blue berry, and the remainder glazed. No chocolate. This time around they had chocolate munchkins so I was excited! When we took a bite, it immediately tasted like cigarette. Every one of the chocolate munchkins tasted like ash and we couldn’t shake the taste. Safe to say you guys are close to three strikes for me. I’m not sure if it’s just the location of all of them but I have been very disappointed.

I usually love this dunkin but I’m mad this specific time. I placed my mobile 30 min ago for drive thru, and the people both infront of me and behind me got their orders first while I sat in line for 20 min and at the window for 10, and nobody was even acknowledging that I was at the window so I went inside and waited a few minutes for someone to ask me why I’m standing at the counter, and my drink is of course watered down and melted by this point when I get it. I’d understand if it was busy, but it’s not. Giving 2 stars because I understand mistakes happen, but im really not happy with this visit.

Nathalie was so sweet and kind, she greeted us right when we walked in and helped me pick out our donuts with such a warm smile. Her energy truly made our morning!
Tiana made our iced coffees perfectly — they were delicious and exactly what we needed to kick off our day. You can tell she puts care into her work! ☕✨

DO NOT GET THE HASHBROWNS Descusting 🤢 The drink was okay and the baggel bites ate flatter now not balls but still good. BUT THEM HASHBROWNS😝 have wierd seasoning flavor acquired taste i guess but they where soggy. Worst hashbrown i have ever tasted. My mother tried her meal i brought to her same result 🤣🤣 as im watching her without saying anything 👀 . She spit it out said the same exact thing that Descusting. DUNKIN📢🔊🔊 *TIP* LEVEL THEM HASHBROWNS UP 📊 cause yall the red column currently. We all know the construction work in front making it hard for travelers to commute in and out your atablishment safely.

This was the worst service. They had 5 people all working the drive thru orders and no one working the counter. Stood there 5 minutes and no one greeted me or asked to take my order. So I assumed that was what the kiosk was for. While I was working the kiosk someone comes in behind me and they greeted them right away and promptly got his order. Then I stood there another 3 minutes and still no one got my 1 donut order. I had to interrupt there drive thru order taking to get my donut. I will not return.
Went to the shop on Northpark in Kingwood. The company should change its name to Dunkin Drinks. The donut selection is very poor but the drink menu is huge. If you want donuts DO NOT go to Dunkin “Donuts”. I was there twice today-my first and last time

Ive been to this location many times and they ALWAYS get my order wrong. How hard it is to make a latte and add couple of syrup in there??? The employees here need to pay attention, Im watching them inside after I ordered. Its like they panic when they see a lot of orders and people inside. This is the only dunkin in my area and I honestly would never come back here if there is another dunkin in the area. Ive been dunkin donut customer for 15 yrs, their food and coffee is better than starbucks, but they need to do BETTER with getting the order RIGHT.
