Not a bad burrito but not one I would brag about or crave. The chicken is actually really good, and the selection of other ingredients is decent, but the tortilla itself is crap. The burrito has to be eaten with a fork because the tortilla is like dough and falls apart. As opposed to the ingredients standing alone, they were more like a pile of mush.

Chips were decent and the service was fine, nobody was overly friendly to be sure. It just sort of felt like...

1st time at this location. While the rest of my party knew what to get... I think (the team members name) Lauren was very accomodating as I had no clue what I wanted. Actually the team there was professional and welcoming! Kudos! We will definitely be back! Loved the food!!!

I was given outstanding customer service by Caroline. It was my first time at a freebirds and she was very welcoming / helpful letting me know the differences between options. Top notch service !
