Went when they were doing free pancakes. They only had 2 workers in the front. All in all, it was a good visit. Wait, it wasn't too bad, and the food was great!

Food was extremely not appetizing i asked for crispy bacon it looks like they js cooked it in dirty oil i order and omelette and it was not good at all got some hashbrown it was just burnt from each side this is an unacceptable cooking environment but overall the waiter was extremely nice and did her job right but the cooker was not it at all!!!

Got served under cooked food and tried to talk to the supervisor, but she proceeded to lecture me about how to order eggs. She basically told me I ordered them the wrong way and that it was my fault that they did get cooked. I then said that my hash browns were soggy too, and she replied with, "Let's focus on the eggs", and never addressed my hash browns. She was very condescending to me and felt very disrespected. Her name was Skye. My server (Tasha) was a great server and very sweet.

Clean and a short wait to sit. But from there it really slowed down. As long as I get a coffee pretty quickly I am usually pretty easy going. After ordering the breakfast took awhile. I am not sure if they are short staffed or what.

This was our first time at ihop , honestly i wouldn't go back , the hasbrown were horrible my husband actually sent his back , the pancakes&eggs were okay. the food was over all cold but we had already sent back hashbrowns. the service was not good either , i feel like i got robbed for my money definitely not worth it between the food & service . our appetizer also took about 15 minutes to come out and it was just mozzarella sticks & even those were just warm enough

Please sign this dirty screen with your finger. Ugh... no. Can't stand it. Send a QR code and I'll pay with my own phone. Go back to pen and paper or dirty cash looks better than attempting to sign over dried bugars.

Ordered food for delivery because I'm working and can't leave. Did get any utensils, butter, or syrup. Called the restaurant and the manager didn't seem to care, told me well i cant leave work and bring it to you. I will never give them my business again ! smh horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Went in with family, 2 kids, thinking kids eat free after 4pm (we go normally to humble location very often where they eat free, also advertised on ihop Facebook) at checkout, kids did not eat free, I was not given a receipt, and had to ask when I heard the total. I was charged 8$ for a salad they brought out to me, and did not have the dressing I wanted. Sent it back. Still on receipt ( that I had to ask for) . Also, my table and 2 others were there. Took us 15 mins to even get out drinks: long waits for condiments, food was subpar. Humble location so much better. Worth the extra 5 min drive.
