I have come here 3 times in the past month and each order I have taken with 3 different people, the orders were messed up.The wait was long and some of the food was cold.

The hashbrowns we're not browned. The picture in the menu shows a golden brown hashbrowns. The reality is it's bad. Only white bread toast available. Bacon is extremely salty. Only natural jelly for the toast. I went to a local Denny's and it was packed. A half mile away was IHOP. Denny's was packed for a reason. IHOP is almost empty at 10am. I won't be back.

Came in on a Wednesday evening. Got sat immediately. Service was great and food came right out. If you want to come in on a Wednesday evening, your food will be amazing!!!!

We went in the middle of the day and my wife and I got breakfast, she got chicken and waffles, and I got a chicken biscuit. Not only did the food take a long time to come out, but when it did come it was cold and not even correct. I felt very disappointed with my food. My waitress gave us a discount though but it still didn't make up for the disappointment we felt. Place felt run down despite it being a brand new location.

It's ihop .. it was generic. And over-priced but they were friendly. The one waitress seem to pick and choose who she want in her section.smhSo I purposely left a larger tip for the other girl. Which is why I gv four stars.

I was here about a week ago and our waitress was great, however there was another waitress attending to a nearby table who came up to me and tucked my bra strap back into my shirt unprompted… She seemed nice and well-intentioned but I do not find it at all appropriate to touch a stranger like that without asking, and especially while I’m trying to eat.There was another time that I was here several months ago and I ordered a hot chocolate to drink and they brought me a mug of hot water and a packet of hot chocolate mix and told me to make it myself. The chocolate chocolate pancakes are good though.Edit: I almost forgot, there was ANOTHER time a few months ago when I came in with a group of friends and our waitress was very rude, making repeated comments about how the men should be paying the bill (I guess she assumed we were on a double date?) and complaining that we chose to split it four ways. I can’t emphasize enough that she wasn’t trying to be polite or make a joke; she was very aggressive in the way that she spoke to us even after I attempted to diffuse to situation and tell her that we just preferred to pay separately. It was completely bizarre.

I came in for dinner with my girlfriend and a couple friends last night. The restaurant was empty when we got there, except for the servers who were laying down in a booth. One of them was asleep, the other took her sweet time or just didn't realize we had arrived. We were seated quickly enough after that. When we got our food, half of it was messed up. My girlfriend ordered the cupcake pancakes, and its like the cook made normal pancakes and then remembered the sprinkles as an afterthought, dumped them onto the pancakes, and sent them out like that. No sprinkles in the pancakes at all, my gf was very disappointed. Our friend's order was also wrong. He got 6 pieces of turkey bacon when he asked for a sampler. We asked for an extra plate and our server took so long that I had to go to the hostess to get it. Upon finishing our meal, the server started to ring us all up under the same ticket. We informed her that we're two separate parties, and then she rung all four of us up individually. When we finally paid she rung us up as two parties of two. It was a very weird was to handle someone's money and we all made sure our bank accounts matched the totals for our dinner. Pretty bad experience overall, will be going to the Porter location in the future.

Very very very disappointed in the Nashville Vhicken Melt. Cheese not melted. Chicken taste reheated via microwave and rubbed down with flavorless sauce?? Idk if it could be sauce. Besides the food, everything else was greatThe waitress entertained our jokes and joined in and she's really fun. Thanks!

If I could I would put 0 stars.We've been there 3 times and always dissapointed. They take foreverrrrr to sit you & give your food. We were just there again & about 40 tables available and we couldn't be seated, 20 min passed and we decided to leave. I can imagine that the food would take 2 hrs. Please don't go here. Save the frustration. I can say they only have 1 cook and 1 waiter.
