The service was fast and friendly. They gave me the wrong sub, but I didn't know until I got all the way home. I called the person who answered the phone, apologized, and told me to come back anytime, and they will correct the issue.

Guy behind the counter on 9/16 at 5 pm shift was extremely rude when I told him it was our second time there and we didn’t know all the sandwiches, he even threw up his hands. The woman came over after hearing me and him and took over. Would not recommend.

My husband and I had lunch here the other day. My husband put in his order, then I ordered mine, well low and behold, the guy sliced open my bread, and this young lady came in, (I am 66 years old), he sets my bread down and starts taking her order, which was taking some time. I told my husband, forget my sandwich, I don't want it anymore if he is going to do me this way. My husband calmed me down some, the other employees could hear me talking, I wasn't being super loud, but everyone could hear me fussing. Told Randy from now on if he wants a sandwich from this place, I will go with him, I just will not eat. Besides I prefer Lenny's in Humble on FM 1960 anyways. Their bread is made freshly every day and you sure can tell it, the atmosphere is a whole lot better, the owner and his wife and employees are the best.... Good by Jersey Mike's...

I usually just order takeout when I come here. but today I decided to sit in with my sister since we still don’t have power. Not only did we enjoy our sandwiches, but sarita did an amazing job checking on us and even gave us little extras we asked for. It made me buy another sandwich just so I can tip them more. for nearly 2 hours, this was a great environment to be in to enjoy some food and cool off.

I have recently became a more frequent customer here. The food is fresh and I always enjoy my experience. The ladies in the shop always talk to everyone and send us out the door rather quickly. 10/10

This is my absolute favorite location now that they have a new manager making this better. My husband and I stopped in last night and the food was awesome as always. I was a little sad that the new manager, Mina I believe is her name, wasn’t there to chat with. You guys have a gem in her for sure.

Fast efficient and friendly
First time eating at a Jersey Mike's. Was surprised and enjoyed it. Definitely will be back.

The service was quick; the food was prepared quickly, and the employees were friendly. I only had one concern, the fridge where they keep the deli meat and cheese had the window covered with paper. I asked why it was that way; I was told it was because “it’s empty”. I saw them pulling deli meat and cheese from it the whole time I sat there to enjoy my meal and allow it to settle. I just find it a little questionable; I’ve never seen this practice at any other Jersey Mike’s.
