Jersey Mike’s generally has good subs, IMO But at this location, one person takes phone orders AND counter orders at lunch time. Had to leave before anyone took my order, service way too slow.

As a big fan of Jersey Mike’s, it pains me to give such a negative review. However, this experience needs to be documented, and I hope it reaches corporate.
Tonight at around 8:25pm (store closes at 9pm), I ordered a chicken cheese steak to share with one other person. As we sat down at 8:28pm, we were told that the lobby was closed. At the same time, another customer-who had already sat down at a table and started to eat his sandwich-was told the same thing. So, not only did we leave before beginning our meal, but another customer was asked to leave AFTER beginning his meal.
Furthermore, when we finally unwrapped our CHICKEN cheese steak, not only was it made with beef, but it wasn’t cut in half. Okay- I realize I didn’t explicitly SAY that it was to share…. But two people ordered one sandwich. I will note that the sandwich was delicious, but it wasn’t what we ordered…. Aaaand I cut it with my pocket knife.
Is there any validity to a Jersey Mike’s “lobby” closing prior (30 minutes+) to the marked hours?
To the employees on the clock- You could have let that man finish his sandwich. It takes a lot for me to write a review.

They make up rules to kick you out 45 mins before they close. Not written anywhere. “It’s our policy” but doesn’t know anything about said policy or where it came from. Asked to speak to the manager and couldn’t.

It seemed like the workers eyes were on leaving rather than making sandwiches. My sandwich was hastily made and covered in salt. I love my so called awful job and so should you. Just make a good sandwich that's all I ask for.

Jersey Mike’s has the best subs with crisp, fresh veggies, the best bread and meats of any sub chain. The people are professional and friendly. The Kingwood location takes the experience to the next level with the most professional, friendly and courteous staff of any Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to in multiple states over many years. They remember customers and their orders more than any other location and keep the store cleaner than any other Jersey Mike’s around making the experience pleasant and ensuring customers (and their guests or families who may not regularly go to Jersey Mike’s) feel comfortable and want to come back. Myles, the Kingwood store manager, fosters this culture in each of the people whom they employ so the experience has remained the same for several years.

I ordered on the app, a 13 Mike's way. The sandwich was dry with the incorrect bread. I was in a hurry, so I didn't notice until I started eating the sandwich. I want to order from this Branch again.

Love Jersey Mike's sandwiches. However, tried curbside tonight and sat patiently waiting after checking in. Saw a few people come and go and decided to go inside. There was no customers in their at the time and 3 workers. Told them I had been waiting outside for my order and got blank stares. My order was sitting right on the back counter.
