Jet's Pizza

It's pretty good I just moved here from California.. It's hard to get adjusted and find your places you like to eat it's close to my house. I've had all 3 of them and actually my favorite is the thin crust.. Detroit was really good I did not like the New York I don't know what was different about it but I don't like it. Customer service Always on point. Always very nice.. They have a good salads and my son love the warm chocolate chip cookie. Pizza sauce is a little bit on the sweet side so if you don't like sweet then not sure if you'll like this place but I think it's pretty tasty I don't like a lot of crust.. I will still shop around and check things out thank you so much

Alright honest review. We ordered for delivery. Through whoever’s mixup (I fully believe Jet’s reasoning but I don’t want to discuss the issue cause I don’t want people attempting to advantage of their good nature) our food was very delayed.

I gotta say, they made it right. Great service. Personal service. Customer based business.

We got our food and dang…delicious! Awesome deep dish pizza. Great flavors. Best wings I’ve had from a pizza joint (fall off the bone delicious).

I will order again. Just really great business!

We love Jet's Detroit-style pizza. We were thrilled when they finally opened back here and we have been getting pizza delivered from them at least once a week.. I am a big pizza guy. Well, that all changed last week.

-Whining On-
Their pizza (and wings) are really good and their delivery service has been spectacular up until last week. We ordered a couple of orders of wings and a pepperoni pizza to be delivered. The app said delivery in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes passed and no pizza. almost an hour goes by and we are getting ready to call the store. We then noticed something on the front step. The pizza was delivered on time and just left on the from step. No one knocked or rang the bell. They just set the pizza on the ground a drive away. Needless to say, everything was ice cold. Now we did call the store to complain. We were told by an extremely rude manager that they were busy so they passed some deliveries off to DoorDash. We will NOT use or have anything to do with DoorDash, they are terrible. We told the Jet's manager that and he basically told us it was our problem to take up with DoorDash. It was out of his hands and there was nothing he could do. Of course, contacting DoorDasH was a waste of time.

Result.... we will never order anything from Jet's again and risk getting stuck with DoorDash again or having to deal with that manager. They have lost a very good customer.. And yes, I do realize that it's a little like cutting off your nose to spite your face, but I am so tired of paying high prices for horrible service. I can do with a little less pizza and there are still a dozen places that we can still get good pizza from.

Goodbye Jet Pizza... you may want to consider working on your customer service... or you will join the other empty storefronts in Kingwood.

Love, Love, Love this pizza!!
The deep dish crust is crispy on the outside, soft in the center, it's addicting!
The Aloha BBQ pizza is the best pizza I've ever tasted, and I am not one to put pineapple on pizza ...but wow. The cooked BBQ adds a char flavor that pairs nicely with the sweet pineapple.
I highly recommend this pizza!
It's a little pricey, but the slices are filling and the flavor is worth it!
I usually eat 2 slices of dominos pizza, and 1 slice of Jet's pizza fills me up.

Peter the owner really understands and stands by the meaning of customer service and satisfaction. He has personally made this location my go to. The food is great. The BLT pizza is my favorite.

Detroit style is great - the dipping sauce options are a nice option as well. Service was quick and friendly - atmosphere docked a few pts as it's just a pickup storefront, but it was well lit and clean.

I just got back from detroit last week and this is as authentic as you can get. Actually I prefer it over the detroit style square pizza I had there. I had the 8 corner and it was loaded with toppings. Highly recommend!!! Check them out.

Tapan aka Peter is the greatest manager ever! He really cares about his customers. I always get treated like Royalty here always greeted with a genuine smile and a friendly hello! His food is always delicious and hot, ingredients always fresh! This place is a real Gem hidden in the back of Kingwood! The food is OMG you'll be glad you came thank me later!
