Walked in on 8/1 12 minutes to 9 and was told the place was closed already I asked why the open sign was still on and one of the employees said we forgot. Website says closes at 9 now I understand it was just under the wire but still. I guess the owner does not like Money looks like I will make the extra drive ro the one by HEB at the I-59 sad..

I don't usually review a fast food or sandwich place because great customer service at these types of eatery is generally non existent, and with the multitude of crap (from customers to working conditions) that many fast food workers have to put up with for poor pay, I don't blame them one bit for sometimes being less than enthusiastic.

That's why I'm reviewing the Kingwood Jimmy John's. I go here pretty regularly, 1-2 times a week, and the young people working here are always very nice. They work quickly to prepare your order, and remind you of your rewards so you can claim them. (which is cool because I always forget otherwise lol). They just give a little extra service wise, and it's appreciated.

Once I told them I would wait in my car for my order as it was hot and my dog needed the ac on, but if they just waved when it was ready I would come get it. Instead, they walked it out to my car so I wouldn't have to get out again.

Yeah, I know this doesn't sound like a big deal, but when a place has employees that always go out of their way to make your visit to them nice, it is noticed, and I appreciate it. And thanks for always making my sandwich exactly like I ask for, even when it weird stuff like cutting into 3 pieces, or putting my veggies in a container on the side so my sammy wont get soggy before I can get home to eat it!

My only dislike of this place is they don't deliver to where I live.. Sigh!!!

3 times now this has been a disappointment. Food missing or made wrong. This time the bread is so tough I can hardly bite into it. Seems like day old. Customer service is lacking too. Not a smile. The guy working looked miserable.

As per all the reviews , the quality of this location has plummeted and it's led by it's poor customer service. Every time I've been there and Luke is behind the counter, you're met with a smart aleck, rude and careless customer service. Doesn't care how you want your order made or to even confirm if everything was made, I've had to turn back around in the past because of missing sandwiches. He's got no regard for customer service or orders. Each and every person in my home has had the same experience and looking at the reviews, I'm willing to bet he was behind the counter. Store is close by and definitely considering just to stop throwing away my money here.

One of my family went to get us food from here today. Almost every part of our meals came missing ingredients or was burnt to the point that it's sharp enough to slice your mouth when chewing.

They also took a long time as they kept wrongly making the food with one sandwich having to be redone 3 times. For the price of the food this was just absolutely horrendous.

A very burnt BLT with what felt like barely 2 1/2 slices of bacon will be a memorable meal for sure

At least they've stopped advertising "freaky fast" my past several experiences have been anything but.

Pro-tip: dont order ahead via the app -

We've done so several times just to arrive at the store and note walk in orders being prepared prior to our order while we sat and watched.

Our old standby will have to be replaced with another option - a quick - reasonably priced meal no longer exists here.

🚨Beware: Jimmy John’s Portions Have Shrunk 🚨

Called in to check, and yep—this is their new normal. Three slices of turkey so thin you can see through them. Paid $7.57 for mostly bread and lettuce. The staff was nice, but corporate is straight-up ripping people off. For just $2 more, I can go somewhere else and actually get a real sandwich. I won’t be back.

Be careful when you order drive thru. They don’t listen to your order - they just make it however they want, it seems. Straight into the trash.

I have been here twice in the last two weeks and they are not only quick, but they are good too. First time I got the Turkey Tom and the second time I got the Vito w/ turkey and both came out great.
I went in today (09/06) and although there was an unruly customer, the team remained professional and was able to provide good service.

Wanted something small so I ordered the Little John. Once I got home and opened this up I realized I got bread with a shred of meat.

Absolutely pissed off at this. 4.72 for this trash. Not going here again.

This Jimmy John’s location generously donated 100 sandwiches to our project graduation event. The sandwiches were ready on time and everyone loved them! They were the perfect snack for our hungry teens. I won’t hesitate to visit this location in the future.

I’m reading you don’t accept cash. You will never get an order from me as a result.
