Poor quality food and deceptive pricing. I have been going to this restaurant for the past 5 months and lately the food is just not where it should be.

They were able to accommodate my family after I got married. Our server kept up with all of our orders and separated all of our checks accordingly. The food was great and will definitely recommend them to anyone that I can.

Ok so this is my second time here. The first time was years ago and I told my wife I would meet her here but while waiting i smelled a very nasty odor . I slugged down my drink and left, never going back. This time was way different. We met friends here and had drinks and dinner and everything was absolutely the best. I had the green chile chicken enchiladas with sour cream and they were great. My wife said what she ordered was very good too.Our friends were very pleased with the meals they chose so now I'm revising my feedback on Los Cucos. I'll definitely be back.

We used to loved los cucos food We have visited last couple times and food is not like it used to be. We had the fajitas and both the chicken and beef were over cooked dry not sure is the precooked We visited on 5/10 for Día de las Madres Service was good our waitress Estefania was very attentive and polite

Cinco De Majo celebration with family & we chose Los Cucos. .The food was good, the atmosphere including the outdoor DJ was great. Our waitress & even the helpers were friendly & personable. Everything was great, except their A/C...it definitely wasn't working well & made a otherwise great dining experience a chore. It was too hot to enjoy the food!! We fanned ourselves with the menu charts....very uncomfortable!

Whew! Where to begin?! I'm a Mexican food foodie, ok! I love a good authentic Mexican food restaurant with the ambiance to match! I have found my new favorite spot!!We visited during a very busy day, Cinco de Mayo, with a table of 5 (3 children, 2 adults). We were seated quickly and greeted even faster by our server. I hate having to wait! Her name was Johana. She took our drink orders and immediately, her helper brought chips and salsa! YUM! The enchilada was a little flat as if it had sat for a while, but it didn't matter bc of how well everything was! Pictures of what we ordered below! The portions were perfect. EVERY dish tasted delicious. They had a DJ, they were packed, but never slacked in service! Very impressed for our first visit. We WILL be back.

I lived in Katy, and loved the original location staff and food. Though they've grown, which is great from a business perspective, it's just not the same. Food is typical of any Mexican type chains, though I do like the green sauce, but otherwise, nothing too special.

Traveled up to Kingwood to celebrate a friend's birthday at Los Cucos for lunch. The service was great, they did a good job of being attentive and timely with the food. I love the chips and salsa that you always get at a Tex Mex restaurant, and this of course did not disappoint. You got 2 types of salsa with it, both tasting very fresh. We also ordered a queso appetizer that came with some thick fried tortilla chips. I really enjoyed those chips because it had a great thickness to carry the queso. Since we were there for lunch, I opted for a lunch special and built my own lunch order. I got the chicken quesadilla, which came with 3 pieces of cheesy and decadent slices along with the beef soft taco. Let me tell you, that beef soft taco was huge! The meal also came with rice and beans and this lasted me 3 meals. I'm a s***** for a great value, and this did not disappoint. My friends all ordered different things, and overall the portions were giant and enough to make you full and then some! One of the pretty epic dishes I saw was the lunch combo #1 which gave you a little bit of everything, but again, more than enough to make 2 meals out of it. Overall, great place for a Tex Mex lunch!

I will start this review with the highlight of the night , Filiberto, our waiter. Not only did he take outstanding care of our table of 4 but he went out of his way to make our night . Magic tricks better than at a show . The food and drinks were delicious as always but he made this night unforgettable! Best 21st birthday my niece could have asked for . Thank you !

The moment you walk in are met with a big hello! The staff are friendly and you feel as though the excitement is genuine. I think it may be that the staff get along with each other or they just love their jobs. Anyway, I sat at the bar, which was very clean and drinks were incredible! They make a variety of margaritas and they are perfectly mixed. Now, let's talk about the food. The food was seasoned well and the portions were huge! I ended up taking two to-go bags with what I thought was going to be a small meal. Wait, I forgot to add they included some to-go chips as well! I can't wait to go back! Overall, great place and great experience!
