We ordered online This is the 1st time our delivery was late about 20 minutes but it was also the wrong pizza It came with pepperoni and black olives only. Missing was the Italian sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers and onions. I called to let them know and was put on hold until I was disconnected not just once but twice. I will certainly think twice about ordering from Marcos again and if we do, will check the order at the door before the delivery person leaves. This has been a bad experience. Buyer beware.

Affordable been 2x, both times were delivered quickly. Bomb pizza garlicky buttery crust with ranch, chef’s kiss. The wings were a pass for me I like mine extra extra crispy and the sauce baked on to wings but flavor was bomb. They know what their doing if you’re a fan of good pizza order this. Look, it's no surprise that Houston isn't necessarily known for its pizza. But if you're going to do pizza as a chain restaurant around here, you better stand out from the ma & pa shops and their family recipes. Is Marcos affordable? Absolutely. But am I willing to pay more for a memorable pizza like RC's or Pepperonis? Yes. All in all, Marcos doesn't stand out the way it needs to in order to have a memorable impact.

I love Marcos pizza. Honestly the best take out pizza by far. But I don’t want to talk about the pizza - I want to talk about the service… Shawna hello! You are amazing. This girl needs a raise. They were training some new people a week ago and we had a mess up with our order (first time ever). Shawna went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure it was corrected. She was so kind and relatable. When I called back the next week she remembered me and made sure we were taken care of. I love Marcos even more now because Shawna is over there killing it. Thank you!!
We ordered from Marco's Pizza in Kingwood for the first time. I ordered a large pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, 2 orders of bread sticks, Buffalo wings and cheese sticks! The order was delivered in less than 40 minutes. It was hot and delicious! The pizza was loaded with pepperonis and jalapeños unlike Domino's and Pappa John's. You get your money's worth here.
