I love this location because they make my iced coffees to perfection just about everyday. Shot of expresso, 4 sugar. The other Humble locations don't always get it right. Thank you to the Kingwood staff for getting my day to a great start with great coffee
VERY accessible and a great option for people, (like me) who work in the same shopping center and don't want to eat the food they already sell in their respective establishments.
The girl who at night that takes the drive-thru orders has some of the worst customer service. Not only does she rush you to order but will tell you hold on the entire time you're trying to do so. And then we'll tell you to pull forward multiple times as if there's not a sign that says to please have your money ready. Just to get to the window to basically have my change tossed to me instead of handed. The only reason why I'm giving it three stars is because...
