OMG......WHAT A ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I literally thought about making her throw the pizza away but this the only vegan option available at the moment and I was starved after fasting all day....ok and I don't wanna sound insensitive at all but this the truth BIG MOMMA is a horrible pizza maker she was literally leaning on the counter making pizzas the line was completely empty nothing was stocked at all and she was not trying to get anything to fill it up so she had to go the back to get a cauliflower crust to begin she made the pizza so sloppy so uneven the toppings was falling off just lazy and don't care ugh I could have screamed this is ppl food but to admit I was very hangry already and because of that it would have been a bigger situation i asked for Serrano peppers it was literally none in the container and she literally put the few that was there and said oh this all I can put for now i was making 2 pizzas for me and my husband....I will be making a formal complaint

We built our own pizzas, and every ingredient tasted high-quality and fresh. Even delivered, the food was delicious and didn’t lose any of its flavor—definitely a go-to for a quick, customizable meal!

I was excited for the unlimited toppings at Mod’s Pizza, but the service was poor and my pizza was barely topped. It was disappointing to see such a bare pizza, especially given their reputation. I hope they improve, as I was really looking forward to my meal. Very Disappointed!

I highly recommend this location. Adam and his team are amazing. The atmosphere there is pleasant and kid friendly. They are very patient and display excellent communication skills, which is hard to find these days. I must say Mods blow away all competitors with the quality of their fresh ingredients and made to order style. My 5 year old is a picky eater and she finished her pizza with no problems.

I went 15 miles out of my way to enjoy Mod Pizza. The management & staff at the nearest was terrible. I have now returned to North Park. I observed Dani at another MOD. She was such a hard worker & professional. She was promoted to management at the North Park MOD. I will gladly enjoy my pizza with Dani handling the store. Jill waited on me with such joy & she was so positive. I wish them the best.

Exceptional service! Best mod pizza in Houston. The moment you walk in you are greeted! The sweet person with Pink hair was polite and made our pizzas delicious. The cozy vibes in the sitting area! Will come back again! Thank you for making our pizza night special.
Live in the area and never had a problem with them until Saturday night they have an employee I never seen an older whyt lady full of attitude very sloppy with making the pizza just overall careless and non chalant by far the worst pizza we have eaten from there just a waste of $
