went here for the asiago bagel stacks and ordered them on the kiosk. a few minutes go by and a staff lets us know they are out of the bagels and we have to switch to another bagel. then they proceed to mess up those sandwiches as well. also completely out of lids for cups and dr pepper was flat. horrible experience and i do not plan on coming back to this location

The food was excellent with a wide variety of healthy choices. The fall squash soup was wonderful, creamy and slightly sweet. The chicken salad cranberry salad sandwich is always a favorite as well.
I actually went back again today and repeatrd what I had yesterday, it was so good.

If I want coffee it must be decaf for health reasons. This location stops making decaf coffee after 2pm. Panara Bread does not offer any other decaffeinated drinks that are sugar free. This is very poor service.

The Mac and cheese here taste absolutely disgusting. The first time I thought it was just a 1 time thing, but no it’s every time. The pasta is always over cooked to where it is mushy and the cheese is clumpy. It’s like they gave me leftovers from the night before.

I placed an online order to pick up at the drive thru and it said it would be ready at 5:36pm. I arrive at that time but since the drive thru had a line I decided to pick it up inside. There was nobody at the front counter to ask about my order and when I walked around to the pick up side there were 2 employees making sandwiches that didn’t acknowledge me so I go to the drive thru as was the original plan. I told the person on the intercom I had an online order that was ready according to my email but she said it wasn’t. Ok no big deal, there were 3 cars in front of me anyways so by the time I made it to the window my order would be ready, right? Well little did I know that I would be stuck In that line for over 25 minutes. Why? Because the vehicle at the front of the line had a big order and that caused some sort of chaos inside. My question is, why didn’t they make that vehicle wait at the front of the building to get their order instead of dragging the whole drive thru behind? At this point we were stuck, there was people in front of us and people behind us. I’m never selecting pick up at drive thru again because if other people take a long time getting their order you are stuck there too.

Panera is consistently good & the drive through is convenient when you are on the way home.
