Very disappointed. The broth had no flavor whatsoever. I ordered the seafood pho and only had a few pieces of shrimp, imitation crab meat and no fish balls. The beef pho had beef in the broth and flavorless.They skimped on the bean sprouts, no basil and no lime. We threw both soups out.

Ever since the new location, the quality of food has been declining. Overall taste is not what it used to be. Today.. Rice is really hard and chewy. Broth seemed with a tinge of green, and the veggies in the Broth were not appetizing at all. From a previous order.. the beef was too chewy to eat and ended up tossing out. We miss the quality Pholicious used to have at the 1314 location. What happened..

This is a food truck, which is fine if the food is good. Not the case here, food was not very tasty. It had a very odd flavor and smell. The smell of it reminded me of some kind of cleaning solution. I got the seafood pho and only 3 shrimp and 3 pieces of fake crabmeat, it was mostly noodles and the foul broth. The spring rolls consisted ONLY of lettuce and carrots, no shrimp at all as shown in the picture on the menu. To top it off they got the order wrong and instead of beef for one order, I got tofu. I really didn’t care for this meal and feel like I wasted my time and money. I won’t eat here again.

understand that this is in a non-asian neighborhood, the quality of the food expected to be low. but i did not expect it to be this low lol the noodles are over cooked to the point it basically breaks unevenly (pics), their shrimp spring roll is broken into pieces (pics). they put beef in the broth and it is overcooked (vietnamese cuisine, you must put raw meat on the side, then customer would heat up the broth and pour it on top of the meat). was it edible? yes. would i go back? absolutely no.

This family owned and operated place is fantastic!! I love it. The food is great. The people are great. It's a perfectly comfortable place to eat or take out. The banh mi is fantastic and so are the spring/egg rolls. Obviously the phó is top shelf. Don't skip this place. You'll love it!!

I ordered to go and if you go to any Vietnamese restaurants, you know you don’t mix the noodles and broth prior unless you are about to eat it because the noodles get mushy. That’s exactly what happened. I ordered this to eat for lunch the next day, but now can’t. Just pure laziness. So disappointed.
