They gave us are food so quick we should have known they didn't give us everything. It's really disappointing to have to drive back to go get the drinks for our small order and spend another 30 minutes in traffic because of it.

Shipley’s used to sell the warmest, freshest donuts and kolaches around but lately all their food is dry, cold to the touch, shriveled up, and looks/tastes like it’s been sitting outside for a week. I’ve been a semi-regular customer for two decades now and I’m finally at the point where I’m never returning. Nice employees though. Just terrible food. Not to mention their menu prices have gone up like 250% in the last 10 years.

My wife and grandson went to this location on a Monday, around 1:30. Sign said OPEN, but doors were locked,a Hispanic lady inside waived my wife to go thru the drive thru. Went get in the car, drive around to order. She never even comes to the ordering window, so we drive up to the pick-up window. She then just pulls the window back and just stares at us. We ask why no one came to the ordering intercom and she just mumbles.. “order here.” The entire interaction was VERY DISAPPOINTING and RUDE! We drove off without purchasing anything. This lady should NOT be anywhere near a role serving the public! The absolute WORST!

Unfortunately, my family and I did not have food from this location. We drive up, and the store hours posted on the door said they close at 5pm; however, the doors were locked at 1:50 pm. I peeked in the window at a lady who standing and watching me at the door. I asked if they were open, to her nodding reply. I gestured about the Drive thru. She nodded, yes. Went to the drive thru, waited, and she never took our order. No one else was at the location! We pulled up to the window, she opened the window and stood there. No greeting, no ask to take our order. We asked if she could take our order, to which she replied, what do you want? I cannot believe THIS LOCATION is still standing, with this type of customer service!

October 20th.... roughly 1:30pm, I ordered a dozen glazed donuts & was told they didn't have them. Due to the time of day, I understood, so I asked if they had chocolate glazed. The boy taking the order told me yes, at which point I asked for a dozen of those and he said they only had 4, so I asked my wife if she just wanted to try a different location & she did. As we drove off the young man stuck his head out of the window and yelled "Why would you do that, stupid?". He called me stupid for deciding not to order food. I tried to go in the store to talk to a manager but it was locked so I yelled through the glass for him to open door & he wouldn't. I can't blame him as my tone and demeanor weren't exactly friendly. The kid has no business being employed there. Go to the Porter location if you don't want to be insulted by immature kids.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service | received at Shipley's on June 27, 2024.Despite arriving during business hours, the store closed an hour early, leaving me stranded. When I attempted to place an order through the drive-thru, the staff was unprofessional and rude. After persistently honking and requesting assistance, an employee finally emerged to inform me that they lacked the necessary ingredients to prepare donuts and had none available. The lack of communication and unhelpful attitude from the staff were unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, including respect, courtesy, and transparency. Unfortunately, Shipley's failed to meet these expectations. I hope the management takes necessary steps to address these issues and provides better training to their staff to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future customers
