Came here to say the price for what I got was absurd. How can you justify brining your prices to $3.50 per kolache. It’s not even sausage it’s a hotdog with nacho cheese and some terrible bread. Did you guys start paying your staff more with these huge price increases?

So I doordashed 5 donuts, milk and a kolache. I got 3 donuts. I had already called because on DoorDash it didn't let you choose which kind of milk. So I called and told them chocolate, and thats when they told me they didn't have ham and cheese kolaches so I chose another one. They didn't mention anything about the other donuts or ask me to trade out the donuts I wanted for some they actually had available. I also called my DoorDasher and he told me they handed him the food and didn't mention anything about missing products. Look it may not be a huge deal but I spent almost $20 bucks and for me to not even get a call??? So I can trade them out. Instead they don't give me any donuts at all besides 3? Is very rude. Also when I initially called them I had to call 5 times!!!! The 4th time I literally heard them pick the phone up and place it back down to hang it up- rude.

What's not to like. Their bacon, egg, and cheese kolache is made with more filling than bread. Truly feels like breakfast. Fast service. Efficient. I've never eaten inside.

Shipley’s used to sell the warmest, freshest donuts and kolaches around but lately all their food is dry, cold to the touch, shriveled up, and looks/tastes like it’s been sitting outside for a week. I’ve been a semi-regular customer for two decades now and I’m finally at the point where I’m never returning. Nice employees though. Just terrible food. Not to mention their menu prices have gone up like 250% in the last 10 years.
