Have been enjoying my meal supplements from here generally speaking. Some smoothies are fantastic where others leave some to be desired and an odd after taste on the end

I walked in on 10/10 ordered. As I was waiting for my drink a lady with a black top assuming it was a manager because everyone else was wearing red. She grabbed a açaí bowl with no gloves and put her hand inside while grabbing it. Then went over and started scooping açaí into it. She probably forgot ??‍♀️

Believe it or not, it was my first time in one of these locations. Impressively clean and organized. They even have the 4th of July decor throughout the store, making me feel in ambiance. The lady at the cashier seemed new, which we don't mind, but I believe someone should have been helping her. More teamwork, I guess. Other than that I will try it again.

If I could I’ll give 0 I am so disappointed I ordered through the drive thru one smoothie not 2 one 1️⃣ the car behind me ordered 2 , do you know who got the order first? “the car behind me “as I thought the person driving the car told me to move I didn’t cause I couldn’t I went inside the store and asked is my order ready? Well, the man who was there first I thought it was a customer cause he didn’t have uniform but he ask the employees what did she order? One of the girls told him the one im making then he told me “move your car and park in front,” I told him it's a truck I can’t drive my husband truck very well Ima wait here. Do you know why I did it? Because I felt discriminated by the lack of respect I receive when I entered the store he said he wanted to move his line and that’s fine but he should give the orders to the first ones in line I saw the look everyone gave me just because I am Hispanic, why they avoided my order if was only one? It was one smoothie nothing special a regular smoothie not 2 and they didn’t care since the moment I pay I felt discriminated the girl ask me when I get to the window medium? I said yes she told me move your car I told her I’m sorry I can’t move because there is another car in front and she said ? when I first tell her a “32 Strawberry Hulk “ is not that I have a bad day like some of you will say if he wanted to move his line he should’ve give the orders to the cars in front not the ones in the back cause the only way to get out of his drive thru is if that car behind run over my truck, so yes I feel so bad cause I wait for the car in front to get his order like a normal people I was next not the car behind and my order was smaller I understand sometimes they skip the biggest orders but mine was just one 1️⃣ . Smoothie King you’re not the King anymore so #never again

Omg! I’ve been to a few different locations and the service that I received was mediocre at best. My visit today was phenomenal! I don’t know what sort of training the employees are receiving here, but keep up the great work!

Have you ever had a bad Smoothie from Smoothie King? I haven’t until I went to this location. I’m trying to drink my smoothie and huge chunks of Almonds are blocking my straw. The ice looks like a fountain drink. Is your blender broken? Sad thing is that’s 3 in a row. Never again.

Had the best experience there!! First time going and the cashier named Avery was so kind and helpful!! 10/10 and will certainly be back :)

I was having a reaaally bad time today, and the hottest, cutest, caring cashier was so nice to us, I came in with my mom and my sister, and our english is SO bad, however the cashier helped us to get our order!!

I went to smoothie king ordered the pb swizzle no blueberries ,add more granola , add more banana slices . I didn’t check my order because I had to head to work and I trusted smoothie king . I soon realized that they didn’t add the peanut butter drizzle to the pb swizzle ! Do better smoothie king I couldn’t go back because I had to be at work .please improve your work!!!!!!!!!!?

Great management! I go here almost daily. I use the app, which everyone should,you get lots of goodies for being a member. Anyway, I had an issue the other day with my order, so when I received the email that asked “How did we do?” I did the survey and let them know my smoothie was not good, for the first time.

Well, the owner called me to make it right. Of course, I was going to get my smoothie later that day. So she had her staff remake the one from the day before and it was on the house. It was very good. Just wonderful service. I’ll be there tomorrow with my dog and they even give out pup cups!!!
