There were two incidents where a manager was involved and both times the service was awful, the first manager named jasmine got very loud and was using foul and unnecessary language, the second managers name was Christopher and he was the same way very unprofessional. I did run into one of the cooks who was very down to earth named karter.karter was kind enough to fix my order, he paid out of pocket.

I used to love going to this Sonic. But the last 2 times the service was bad and order wrong. This time my pickle fries were soggy. My burger over cooked. I ask for extra ice got no ice.

We love our neighborhood Sonic! The food is good, but the carhops are amazing! Always friendly and fast to get your order out to you. Most recently we were served by Sarah and on another visit by Caroline. They are awesome!
