Our Dasher notified us he was having to wait on our order, longer than usual. Once he received it, it was dropped off at our house within 5 minutes, as we live less than a mile from this location. What we received was the most disgusting food we have ever received from a Taco Bell. Everything was cold, all taco shells were soft and soggy, tortillas stuck to their wrappers, lettuce was wilted/limp, and the fillings on everything we ordered were meager. Not a single packet of sauce was included. The impression we got, was that our food had probably been sitting around prepared for hours; nothing was fresh. It also seemed as if they were trying to stretch their ingredients/fillings as far as they could. None of this explains why our Dasher had such a long wait. One would minimally expect hot, fresh food, when the Dasher endures a wait. We were thankfully able to get what was too disgusting to eat, refunded via DoorDash. We still felt the need to leave a Google review to warn others that this location seems to be on the decline. We won’t be eating anything from here again, after this experience.

The order windows are now AI powered! Automated voice takes your order and is even as annoying as a real human when you are trying to make up your mind on what to order! They have it spot on for human likeness, if that's what they are going for. But, what ever downsides or dislikes you have e about it, my food was ready AS SOON as I pulled up to the window. It honestly made me think they gave me the wrong order. But I checked, and they got it right. Taco bell is still my favorite.

Slowest Taco Bell experience I've ever experienced food was subpar it had a weird taste that I couldn't put my finger on definitely will not be eating here again I don't like that you can't talk to a person when you order as well you have to order on a kiosk which is just ridiculous

Chicken burrito had a unsavory taste & I requested a replacement, the manager Anna tried to gaslight me & say i was tasting a lemon (sauce) flavor used with chicken burrito.
I replied I did not like the patronizing tone she was
using with me.
My replacement meal honored at a later date.
Anna did not leave a note for the following shifts to honor the replacement meal.

Usually come to this Taco Bell and get my food through the drive through. Was with my mom, sister, and son today and we tried to go in to eat for lunch and they had all of the doors locked and the employees inside looked at us like we were trying to intrude on them. Soured my opinion of this location.

The sprinklers have been running non stop for 2 weeks. So much that there running across Kingwood Dr. What a waist, you would think management would do something.

Falling apart since Nicole is no longer there. There was a small mishap while Nicole was there where she agreed to fix my order and now they only agree to fix half the order and say they have no record of Nicole putting me in the book when she found my receipt while we were on the phone and made a point of telling me to tell them to look in the book. And nothing. This is ridiculous. Used to be the only taco bell I would go to since moving to this area. I guess no more taco bell for me though. I refuse to be scammed for my money when I pay $40 for an order and only receive half of it. And then am told they will replace the whole order next time I am around to now saying they will only replace half my order. Of course. Not even the half that was messed up. The cheapest half. Ridiculous. I hate I will not be able to get my favorite food again until I leave this rude place.

This place is very convenient to my home, but it's getting harder to come back as the quality has fallen off. The drink and/or ice machine is down frequently. The sodas are often flat. The staff is usually frantically trying to get orders out and even as they're working hard the orders often take way too long.

Food was stale, noone will take ur order inside..you are forced to use a kiosk and pickup ur order at counter. Not sure why they even open doors to eat in. Everyone should def be getting min wage at this fast food place.

I had to get a delivery pickup for a door dash customer and after waiting over an hour they still hadn't started my order. When I asked about it the employees had rude attitudes and remarks. The customer never got their food. I will never go there again!!!
