Horrible experience. I walked in to ask a simple question and was ignored by the guy cashier with long hair in a pony. I stood at the counter and the Manager in charge this day Alexis, was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me when the guy in the pony went to go ask her to come to the counter. Hate this location and will go out of my way to drive a few extra miles to the location next to Cracker Barrel where the staff is super welcoming and friendly near the freeway.

This was literally the dirtiest place I've ever eaten. Was so grossed out the taste was weird. Trash everywhere. The cooking area was digusting. There clearly wasn't a manager on site. This new order yourself encourages employees to not even make eye contact with anyone. Taco Bell has been a long time favorite of mine, but at this store you need to hire a manager and train the employees to make the customer feel welcomed, not a bother. I ordered bottled water and the gave me a cup of water, then acted like it wasnt a big deal! Rescue this restaurant.

So I had this location at a four star prior to today but now this place is just terrible. Employees are just hanging out in the cars outside the store and inside and close this location whenever they feel like it. I waste time driving over here expecting it to be open during my lunch break and it's closed "due to maintenance issues". Maintenance issues seem to happen every week at this location. Not wasting my time anymore.

It's seems like any Taco Bell I go to I ask for extra red sauce & sour cream. I pay for it but I never get the extra. And if tou mention it they have a attitude.

This is the second time we have been there that the drinks were all flat. There are no children’s size drinks, and apparently you’ve done away with the senior drinks as well. There was no toilet paper in the ladies restroom stall.

I am so glad to share my opinion of this place and Taco Bell in general. I am a big" it's the principle of the situation". I went to Taco Bell after looking up prices on line. Their prices at the store were higher then online. They said that was because I needed to order online. I spent 15 minutes loading the app, found the origional price on the app, and when I went to check out it was the same up charge. Did this several rimes, to no avail. Went back to the counter and they basically expressed, tough luck, and blamed it on a computer glitch. I left, and although they apparrently don't give a rip, I won't be going back. My time is irreplacable and they won't be stealing any more of it. Travel etc. cost me 45 minutes for nothing. At the least it was deceptive and uncaring, but was was probably a borderline bait and switch scam to upsell 15 percent hoping the customer doesn't really notice. How often does this work without notice. Shame on you Taco Bell
