The Icehouse @ The Clubs of Kingwood

My car window and that of another member were smashed this morning at the Forest course parking lot. Nothing of value was in my car but the other members wallet was taken. The Club’s reply couched with kind words was file a police report and let your insurance handle. When the other member told Club management he didn’t feel safe and was considering cancelling his membership, the Club Manager’s reply was “I can help with that”! The clubs of Kingwood had a tree with a rotten branch that fell on top of my car while at a golf tournament. Their management told me they would be paying to fix the damages. Their employees pulled the branches off my vehicle not in my presence and now they are telling me that I need to go through my comprehensive insurance, which will make my auto insurance go up along with the deductible that I have to pay. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed!

I would not recommend them unless you enjoy paying more for less. They take away 1 of the 4 courses and then up the prices. We pay about $1,000 a month for 3 courses. We used to pay $600 for 4 courses. Plus they don't treat their employees very well. They can't go to the HR department because they will rat them out. Kids and Bullies run the place.

It is beautifully maintained.
