EDIT TO ADD: judging by the other reviews, don't bother responding to my review because multiple people have complained about the same Asian employee and she's still working here and still being rude.

The female Asian employee working at this location on February 15th at noon should be fired. She was rude, confusing, very short with me, ignored me and has no business working in customer service. Slamming my 3 orders down on the table wasn't necessary. Other people would have flipped the table on top of her.

Services have a very bad attitude. Not welcoming at all… Do not greet customers. I went in for my smoothie & was not greeted. Preceded to say hello in a welcoming manner & the server did not acknowledge me so I asked if she was ok. No comment.. Sketchy in returning…

Rude employees. Terrible service from employees. They did not greet me when I came in, didn’t acknowledge me when I picked up my food . Just terrible ladies with an attitude I will not return .

At first, I assumed i got the wrong kinda drink, and that's why it was bad. I tried multiple different smoothies at multiple different locations, and I've come to the conclusion that if you want ice and power, then sure, come here, but holy cow, everything tastes like water. Always really clean though so that's nice.

My favorite location is 1960 but since my mom is having surgery over here in Kingwood decided to try northpark location. Smoothies are always good, got my usual detox smoothie, and tried breakfast bacon wrap with tomato salsa always fire! The service wasn’t so good, they were busy though I could tell. Didn’t get welcomed or good morning when I walked in, once my order was ready for pick up she did say have a good day which is why I gave 3 stars. We all have busy days but let’s not forget to acknowledge the customer :)

The food is good, but the last time I had chips on my order, they didn't include them, so I had to ask for them. This time, I asked for salt and vinegar chips, and they gave me jalapeno. There's a big difference, as I can’t handle anything remotely spicy, so I'm glad I checked the packet before opening them. The servers need to pay more attention to orders more.

I took my family for a treat this week, so we placed a big order. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the girls working, they were very polite, well mannered, all smiles and made our smoothies and açaí bowls in a timely manner. Everything was perfect, we’ll definitely be back soon!!

Disgraceful Disgusting. Has bugs, needs an inspection. Open old and foul smelling sanitation napkins just sitting there. Place not cleaned nor wiped down. Worse than gas station. The staff girls, 1 black, 1 white and 1 Asian and the owner are filthy. I watched as the staff stepped in and out of this bathroom, clean counters, touch trash and go back to making smoothie with out washing their hands or putting on a pair of gloves, and the owner refused to issue me a refund for my order that I refused.
