Great place for bbq sandwich and a beer. Particularly on Tuesday when beer is $2 off. Tried the fried okra as a side for a change and it was absolutely amazing. Big portions and cooked to perfection.

When the front line was very busy, Andrew from the kitchen stepped up and started taking orders. Andrew took the time to ask me how is my meal and showed courtesy to the customers. The slice brisket sandwich was delicious.

The Loaded Elotes is terrible. It looks nothing like the picture. Imaging a couple of spoonfuls brisket mixed with white creamed corn. There was no red, yellow or green. Thats all you get, and the portion size is very small compared to the picture. Not much for about $18 bucks.

Some of the best bbq I've ever eaten!!! Also there peache cobbler was amazing!!! I got my food through too good to go. The app has helped me find alot of good deals with the true texas bbq surprise bags!!! Definitely recommended HEB true texas bbq.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon to grab some lunch. Ordered sandwich, fried okra, nachos and two drinks. When my food came my sandwich didn’t have lean brisket like I ordered, then when asked for my cups. The lady asked for my receipt as if I didn’t purchase the drinks. On the screen it clearly had I purchased the drinks. Then another woman walked up and asked for her cup and wasn’t asked for her receipt! The two women were really rude about it.

The food was amazing. Hard time deciding which we liked most
. So happy to find good BBQ close to work. I ordered one meat and two sides. I did ask for lean brisket, but received fatty. Not a big deal, I cut that off. The coleslaw is okay -- but too much liquid. The pinto beans are delicious! The staff is terrific! Very friendly and helpful. Next time, I'm going to try the loaded baked potato.

Just like my choices in men I keep going back hoping it will get better. I love baked potatoes and every single time I decide to grab one from here the potato is terrible. Today I went at 12:00 hoping I get a fresh and fluffy baked potato but again I was wrong. I’ve given up. A cheap potato is exactly what you get.

I got excited for Birria Brisket ramen. It looked amazing on the pictures. I ordered it with xtra brisket.
When my food was ready, it came in one of those premade microwave ramen buckets, with no onion, no cilantro, no lime.
It did not resemble the photo at all. The xtra brisket rang up as 2oz but there was only 3 or 4 small chunks of brisket, and also so shredded brisket here and there.
To me this is false advertising.

Food is greasy, the grease got on EVERYTHING! Ordering system does not work properly. Service is lacking, not there to help customers. Food Togo was just thrown in the bag, no care taken to package properly. Very disappointed.
