El Flamingo Mexican Restaurant was a good choice to have lunch. The welcoming staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were fair and the chips and salsa were tasty. The enchiladas were amazing with shredded chicken, beans, rice, tortilla and guacamole. The nachos were amazing and the Barbacoa was good. The Molcajete with steak, chicken, shrimp, sausage, chorizo, Avocado, Pineapple, cactus and cheese was one of the best dishes ever. The atmosphere was quaint in a redone gas station and the place was very clean and pleasant. Portions were good sized and could be a bit spicier. The waitress was very friendly. It is the excellent place to eat and very pleasant. It is truly delicious and very fair.
