Let me first say that it’s great to see people having fun at work. But, from reading other reviews before sharing my own experience, it appears that management at the location does not have the knowledge or care to hire people who are happy and care about safely and accurately completing orders.When I have ordered numerous burritos made differently they didn’t label them, as a result we have to cut through them to sort them out. This happened again today where there was no writing on the wrappers, so I asked one of the individuals at the windows how are we supposed to know them apart since there’s no writing on any of the wrappers? The lady standing there with the guy said “you should be able to feel through them”? I asked if next time they can just label the wrappers. Hopefully they will follow through if not I will be back to this location there are too many other Taco Bell locations in the area so we don’t have to settle on getting food to put in our bodies that is just thrown together. Never eating Taco Bell again is also always an option too ??!

Ordered a breakfast item and got a lunch item. “Manger” didn’t offer to remake it or give a refund until I asked for the refund. Looking at the reviews this is a common issue.I think corporate or owners need to step in and bring in a more professional and trained team if the ones there can’t handle a one item order when there is no other customers at the store.

Went through the drive thru line. After arriving home, realized that they only put in 1 Mexican Pizza, when we ordered 2. Wasted 15 minutes having to drive back to the store.

This location will get your order wrong an awful lot. Their taco shells are often stale, and they often forget to cut the Mexican pizzas. If you have an opportunity to go to a different location close by, I would go somewhere else. The only positive is it’s relatively new and clean and you can order using the touchscreen inside. Also no Baja blast zero.

I don't even know where to start. I placed my order at 12:43 and got my receipt. Jessica is the lady working at the Window which was so rude. This is the kind of employee that really hates her job. She told me to pull around the front, which is common. You know that way you guys can make your drive through look like you're doing amazing. We all get it. I waited 15 minutes then I went back into drive-through and she tells me that they have not even started my order yet. There's five cars waiting in the parking lot. I waited five more minutes to make it an even 25 minutes. I asked her for a refund and she pretty much through the money in my hand and said you can go now, if you're in the business to be degraded pay for food and never get it, this is the establishment to go to. I almost wish you can do a zero rating because one star is way too high.

I will say that the staff has improved greatly, especially the daytime staff. That is why I am giving them 4 stars. I still won't go there at night, because of the drugs being smoked out the back door by the drive thru and you never knew if you were going to be ok eating the food from the night staff. They used to make food that was not only the right temp, but is outright non-existent. We've had issues in the past where they outright left 2 out of 3 items out of the $5 box and accused us of lying. Never gave us the items or reimbursed us. This happened a total of 4 times with different family members at different times. We stopped going there for almost a year. I have 11 children, so you can imagine what kind of sales they missed out on from us. Big mistake, huge mistake...?‍♀️

On the national news this morning, I saw a group of folks were suing Taco Bell for the extremely small amount of "food" in their burritos and other foods, so it reminded me to complain about the anemic, burritos we received recently, every one we opened appeared to have all the filling scraped out, there were just a bit of food particles smeared on the tortillas, pathetic at best.We are smart enough not to eat TACO BELL more than a 3-4 times a year but not smart enough to NEVER eat TACO BELL, until right now, never again would I waste money at Taco Bell.
