I placed an online order two weeks ago And they called me and said they couldn’t fulfill it but yet to give me a refund. When I called about this issue, they said they would get it taken care of but never did so. I called back and asked if I could just get it replaced and they said yes. So I ordered some food along with it. I ordered a taco salad & added in my request to put toppings on the side. When we got home and opened our food, there was no taco shell. No nothing but pulled chicken and lettuce. No taco shell. So i called & the lady said. You said put toppings on side. So i left the shell out??? Like please. Very pissed off to say the least. & i don’t even write google reviews. They said nothing to make this better.

The food used to be decent. Now it's almost inedible. It was cold and tasted like chemicals. I only took one bite and even then, spit that bite out. Queso was ok. Salsa tastes like onions and ketchup. Soda tasted like dirt. Maybe they need to clean the ice maker? I don't know, but we won't be back.

Me and my mother-in-law got bean and cheese nachos. We both asked for extra extra extra lettuce. We said cover the nachos with lettuce and said charge us for extra lettuce. We got the size of a quarter amount of lettuce in the center. 3 jalapeño slices could have been on top of the lettuce and you wouldn't have seen the lettuce. Not really a big deal, right? One nachos came with jalapeños and one didn't. Both orders were burnt. I don't send food back. The waiter should never have brought those 2 dishes out. Wife's chicken salad was good, that's why the 3 stars instead of 1 star.

Vegetarian options: You can ask for no meat on your dishes.

This place has good food but needs to do something about the floor. The entire floor of the seating area is greasy to the point that someone is going to slip, fall, and get hurt. They need to de-grease the entire floor. Also when we went last time there was no music or anything - just silence which made the atmosphere weird.

I use to eat here alot. Food has went down. Last night my order was wrong. They added cheese when I noted no cheese lady tried to hand it back to me and tell me they put chili on the side I let her know I can't have dairy at all. Then when we finally got our order the brisket was pinkish and non of it tasted anything close to mexiacan food. A lady leaving stated that there must be young kids back there again. Sounds like a issue ppl are use to there.

Everything but the table side quacamole was fine. Our server tried to make the guacamole at the table, but the avocados were not ripe and were very hard. She went to get new avocados to make the dish correctly and was send back out with the unripe avocados chopped up (they couldn’t even be squished.). I guess the company saving $1.50 on 3 unripe avocado halves was more important that taking care of customers. What a shame. This was no fault of the server and was obviously a management decision. We drove out of our way to go to this location instead of Pilot Point because my wife likes it here better, never again, We will not return.

I love eating at Ernesto’s! My favorite dishes are the chicken fajita nachos and the chicken fajitas. The refried beans are the best I’ve ever had. The roasted salsa is a must, but you might have to ask for it (or the black bean dip) when they bring out the chips and regular salsa. Never had a bad experience.

I've ate there probably 10 times over the last 5 years. Each time I think it'll get better. But it's some nasty food. Went there for lunch today and now I've got food poisoning. Would highly suggest not eating at this restaurant.
