A horrible experience from beginning to end - called my local Pizza a Hut only to get a customer service agent in some foreign country. This person couldn’t understand me nor I him, so I called back and placed an order with a young lady who was a little easier to understand (still was a communication gap) - my order had the wrong name on it so more confusion when my wife picked up the order. Worst place ever last Friday I called to order a pizza no one picked up the phone I called four times so I was on hold for like 45 minutes. I got there and asked the guy why no one was picking up? He said oh I turned of the phone since I’m the only one left on the shift it was 11pm. The call center is very unhelpful and the actual store is terrible as well! They never answer the phone at the store and they’ll even tell you they don’t have enough people to offer delivery. I will never order from this location again.

Even during a very busy night, the polite staff provide great service and a professional interaction under pressure. Despite being shorthanded, the team works hard and handles orders as soon as they reach a point in the pizza prep, cook, cut process. One reviewer noted consistent quality, saying other Pizza Huts may lack at times, but not this one. The hard work makes the experience super satisfying.
