In the mood for KFC. We were happy to have no one in line, drive thru was empty HOWEVER, the person taking the order told us to wait three times. We could hear laughter and distraction in the background. Lucky for us Popeyes was a block away! After a year of previous poor service and experiences, we decided to give it a try, NEVER GOING BACK.

Got a message that our order was ready. Went through the drive through and was told it wasn't ready and wait up front. Waited 30 minutes and then tried to call and no one picks up the phone. I could have fried the chicken myself if ai wanted to wait this long.

Placed online order. Always had good customer service and prompt. Their new biscuit recipe is so delicious taste as delicate as cracker barrels biscuits. Original chicken or so good. Will be ordering more dinner from here

I ordered family size chicken/tenders $32! Chicken was so old and greasy we couldn’t even eat it. They only gave half fries and Mac and cheese. So disappointing when you only have enough money and this is what we got.

Chicken was dry and not fresh. Spent $48 for food that had been sitting under a heat lamp. Waited about 5 mins for them to acknowledge me at the counter, not great customer service. Do better. I want to be able to go and get fresh food.

I went there to get a 10 piece wing five original and five crispy which I did just two days ago. The new guy said that they can’t do it that way they can only give you two crispy pieces of chicken so I would have to get eight pieces of original chicken. I explained to him the other day that that was not the case. I asked him did they just not have anymore and was cooking more crispy chicken and he said no and that they can only give two crispy chicken so I will have to get eight original. On top of that, I didn’t even get 10 pieces of chicken which I paid for.They only gave me eight and when I tried to call them several times the phone just rang rang and rang. They were not busy just a few minutes ago at all!
