Note: It's now 'Pho You'I was told about this place by my son. He wanted to meet up and have us check out this place since hubby is a big Pho fan and I love the coffee and boba as well. I was happy we went because everything we ordered we enjoyed 100%. We had their sparkling strawberry drink, special appetizers with spring rolls & egg rolls, grilled beef bao buns & Pho. I had no idea this was over here, I had to give it a try. I may update my review because I came for pho but ended up trying the pad Thai. Which was okay but not great. It was blonde in color instead of the usual brown. I'm guessing it's because it was missing tamarind, also a little on the sweeter side. Other than that It was well seasoned and cooked properly.
