Walked into their lobby around 8:30 for some LJS, the guy at the counter told me they were filtering and would be a 40 minute wait. I tried to get kfc, he said it would be 30 minutes. I expressed my disappointment but said I’d come back. I return at 9:30 and ask for some food only to be told they’re closed. It was very obvious they started to preclose over an hour early and were hoping the wait time would deter me from ordering and when I returned they didn’t want to help me or care about the fact that they told me to drive back knowing full well I wasn’t going to get any service. I wasn’t going to leave empty handed so I asked what they could offer, he said three pieces of fish and some hush puppies. These things tasted old, ridiculously old. I’m certain they fry up some items and sit on them for the last hour, or two, in case orders come in while they close up shop. I also work in food and I understand wanting to get a head start and being tired after a long day but this was pathetic. None of these people deserve to be in this industry, they were apathetic, rude, lazy, and just don’t care. That whole experience has put me off LJS entirely

The prices have gotten ridiculous. Double check your order and triple check your receipt. My usual is about $12 and last trip through i was charged $17. Didn’t catch it immediately since it was a large order for lunch at the office.

Please avoid this location. I'd recommend the location in Buda behind HEB. I've been here a couple of times. The first time, the food was cold and soggy. I get it, fast food, but this was terrible. The second time, I called to confirm the hours, show up at 9:33pm , and the doors are locked and the lights were off. Went through the drive thru, and they said we are closed. Terrible customer service.

Asked me to pull up to the front because they were waiting on fries brought me my food and when I told him I didn’t get my drinks he looked at me, rolled his eyes, walking in the store, then brought them to me I told him thank you he didn’t say anything, and walked off and spit towards my car

Drove up to menu and waited for a bit until someone told me they would be with me in a minute. Ordered and started to drive away when I realized my order was missing stuff. So they Charged me for 2 things but only gave me one. When I asked for the missing item they tried to charge me for it. When I asked for a refund they said they don’t do refunds. So basically this business makes money off of fraudulent transactions.

I went to Long John's drive through before noon on Saturday. I asked for the 10 pieces of fish. The worker kept saying something, and it was hard to understand her. I repeated 10 fish and 2 pot pies. Finally, I get to the window and hand over card. At no point does she repeat my order. She was about to close the window when I asked for the receipt. I get home to find no fish instead shrimp and only one pot pie... granted she only charged me one. I called the restaurant, she said that she would replace, and I would have to pay for the second pot pie since she didn't charged me for it. I get there 30 minutes later. She is adamant that she repeated my order before and after I got to the window. I said that I kept saying fish. After a few minutes of this she told that I need to turn in the shrimp in. She never said that on the phone. At this point I am very frustrated, and I wasn't going to go home and waste another hour. I will never go to Kyle's Long John's. I even told her that I was writing a negative review.

Walked in excited to try this location instead of driving into buda. Upon entrance there was one gentleman at the counter getting his food. There were 6 staff members working behind the counter. We were not acknowledged or greeted. We stood there ready to order for 5 minutes. After not one person saying anything to us...even a hey We are running behind let us catch up and then we will take care of you. Nothing. So we walked out and came to buda long john silvers instead.
