Avoid the drive thru - the employees try hard and the food is as expected. Panera’s fresh food service model is not conducive to drive thru pickup and you’ll spend significant time picking up a ready order behind folks ordering on the spot. We’re talking 8 minutes per car or more.

Torchys solves this problem by making the drive thru online order pickup only and it’s significantly faster. Order online pickup in store is the only way to get expedient food.

It’s actually my first time I had Panera ?! I love all the different verities of breads and desserts. Tho Panera is always packed ! The employees and managers are very kind and understanding ?.
I love the Mac n cheese ?! Broccoli ? cheddar soup! And Italiano SW is so good ?!
10/10 food and customer quality
7/10 time waiting! (If you aren’t a Patient person or like to wait on food)!
