I have been coming here since their opening week. The fried chicken is amazing. The flavor is unlike any other fried chicken I have ever had. There is no spicy heat, only flavorful spices. Their fresh French fries are tasty, but be aware that they do not salt them, so ask for some salt if you wish. I love their campero beans, and they are probably my favorite side dish.
The staff has always been super-friendly and they keep the tables clean. The General Manager Joel is very nice and even comes to our table to check on us. Every other employee we have had contact with has been very friendly and helpful as well.
PRO TIP: Instead of buying 2 individual 2 piece meals, buy a 4 piece special instead. You will get a bigger portion of chicken and all the same choices of side dishes, plus it will save you about $1.40 (as of January 2026)!

Pollo Campero never disappoints! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cookedfrom the crispy, juicy chicken to the delicious sides, everything tastes like it was made with care. You can truly tell they take pride in the quality of their food.
What really sets this location apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. Delilah and Joel went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. They were both incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive, making sure everything was just right. Their positive energy and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcomed, not rushed or overlooked.

Haven't been here for a while now and happened to be in the area. Mateo, took my order and was very professional. He suggested a few option based on my likes and picked #3 meal. It was just what I wanted. It satisfied my hunger but was not overly full. Thank you for that.
