I went to this location today and ordered three 20oz smoothies. When I arrived at the window I was given all three and they were not labeled and this was a problem because they were all chocolate and looked similar. The smoothies were mixed up and not what they told me. After trying them all and figuring out which one mine was (Slim and Trim chocolate) I went in to exchange it. It was watery and icy. After a bit of back and forth with the young lady at the register she made a different one for me. (Gladiator chocolate w/ strawberry and banana) I may return to buy a smoothie in the future, but it’s not likely.
*It did appear the the young man working there did label the smoothies and the young lady at the window mixed them up.

I knew my order wasn’t going to be right when I got to the window and the employee repeated my order and it was nothing neat what i ordered. I thought it would be okay because of the the guy standing behind her listening. NO! The order was bot correct. I ordered the gladiator glp1 with blueberries, almond butter and multivitamin.
It tasted nasty and it had peanut butter. The smoothie was so bad that it upset my stomach. I returned a short time later for a refund. The woman that made the smoothie looked at me when I walked in and when she saw my drink in my hand she got an “Oh crap” look on her face. I guess she knew it wasn’t correct.
When i was helped by the woman at the register, she looked at my drink and and asked what I ordered. I told her and she said that the drink was not made properly and gave me a refund.
The two stars are for her, knowing it was wrong and making it right.

Waited 20 something minutes in drive thru for 2 smoothies which one was just so watered down my son wont even drink it

We ordered 2 smoothies on uber eats, a peanut power plus and an angel food. Both smoothies taste absolutely TERRIBLE, like they used unripe bananas and way too much protein powder. This has been my go to order for years and this was by far the worst smoothie I’ve ever got from here. If I would have gone in store and ordered this I would have asked for a refund cause YUCK

Unfortunately what I’ve seen overall at this location every time is that they are understaffed and undertrained. They don’t know how to make the smoothies most times nor do they know how to give cash refunds, never have more than two people in the store, and run low on supply quickly. Going to this location and others i have noticed it is not near the same as the other locations around. Go to those instead

I ordered the coconut bowl. They gave me a rotten banana with no berries or strawberries included in the bowl. There was barely any granola.

Customer service was very nice. Girl was very nice However, her gloves and sanitary conditions are not there. I witness her grab money from three different customers wearing the same gloves and then going back to make food and protein shakes and grabbing the food with the gloves that she touched money with, and I drove off without taking my order in disgust. I’m sorry, but I definitely will not be back

I come here every single day just about and im NEVER greeted. If you go in the morning do not go through the drive through. They will turn the lights on and open up but forget anyone answering the drive through or even acknowledging you are there. I went in and the girl told me, I just opened up. Im turning everything on. I get that but dont put the open sign up until you are open and ready to work.

These guys make pretty good Smoothies and are friendly, I usually grab one after work or the gym. But the place stinks like there was a plumbing problem for a couple weeks now and it is not pleasant.

I waited 25 minutes there was no one in line. The smoothie had no flavor tasted like water and peanut butter. Then tried to call and no answer at all. Feel ripped off couldn’t even get them to make it right because they didn’t answer the phone.
6:00 pm 10/20/25 ordered High Protein Almond Mocha and got a activator which isn't the same, the person didn't understand English and that's fine but at least know the menu options. I just took what they gave me despite it not being my order. Not coming back to this spot for sure.
