They cleared about 30 vehicles in the drive thru before making my wife’s drink she ordered inside. Absolutely absurd, I understand they prioritize the drive through but it don’t over 20 minutes of her waiting for a simple iced latte???????
We come here all the time and they didn’t even apologize. What is this McDonald’s!?!?

Very disappointed to wait to get to order 10 minutes to be told I could not purchase a pup cup ....the guy said they had no way to ring up then waited in line just to leave another 10 minutes went to sonic around the corner and got one for 42cents

Tall slim guy made me wait longer for my coffee while I was sitting I waited for a while then saw a woman come in the door and he gave her food and took her order quickly. He didn't honor my 3.00 coupon special and just put 2.77 off the total. The total was 4.77 with the tip If I knew he was going to cheat and not care to fairly serve me I would have just canceled the order and ask another person who doesn't discriminate to take my order.
Pretty standard Starbucks with lots of light and open space atmosphere. As a designer I like the modern architecture and finish of the store with the light wood, LED light drips and faux concrete counters and backsplash. Food, beverage and service was what I’ve come to expect from Starbucks, a truly refined restaurant chain experience.

First of all, I had to stand at the counter too long to order without acknowledgement. I understand it gets busy sometimes but at least acknowledge your customers. I noticed there were a couple who stood there after me and left the store. My name was never called out and I didnt know my drink was sitting at the counter already. Nobody smiles in this location. Staff are obviously not happy or not trained on good customer service. I will not come back to this SB again.

Stopped by this morning for a Bacon Gouda and two drinks; it’s STAR testing day and I wanted my granddaughter to have something before dropping her off at school. Imagine my surprise when we pulled away and discovered the BACON was missing from the BACON Gouda. Normally I would have gone in and corrected this error but that would have made her late for school. I know it can be busy at 7:10am but dang - do better! I couldn’t take a picture because I was driving.

Have to take a moment to recognize Lacey in specifics for being absolutely amazing!!! She cares about her customers and their drinks being made perfectly. Nothings better than a perfect coffee to cheer up your day! Thank you Lacey and all staff at this location for brightening up my days.

I don’t usually write reviews or try to get frustrated with food workers, but having the same issue every time I go to this place gets to a point. I asked for caramel specifically extra on my cup nicely multiple times to make sure I didn’t forget. Me hoping to get my sweet treat excited I always get dissapointed with the lack of ingredients in my coffee every time. This is a big company I can’t believe some caramel cost too much to add

If you like your coffee with a side of sarcasm/attitude then this is the place for you! I work in the industry and generally never complain so I definitely understand, but at 6:45 in the morning and receiving unnecessary sarcasm/attitude from an employee is not how anyone should start the day, do better.
