In all honesty this is the only Starbucks that is consistent. The other ones in Kyle are a hit or miss but this specific one’s on top of the great customer service never misses.

The girls work like a beehive, and they are very professional and make delicious cold cuts and drinks.

The drive thru was even more busy as usual so I opted for ordering inside. The lady taking my order acted like I was disturbing her when I approached the register. Waited 20 minutes for our drinks, the iced drinks having melted by the time we got the hot ones. The hot chocolate didn't seem mixed properly and tasted horrible. Ordered an iced white chocolate mocha and ended up with something that tasted like a hybrid gingerbread, cinnamon, white chocolate, strawberry mistake. I asked the counter employee to add ice to the iced drink that had become a frothy, watered down chai cup of crap and she could have won an award for the most dramatic eye roll in Kyle history. The drive thru workers are always pleasant and the drinks are always well prepared. Stick with the drive-thru and avoid the nasty attitudes inside.

ordered starbucks through the app from their new delivery feature, the workers put the wrong drinks in the bag and gave it to my delivery driver that way, ended up driving to the store for the right drinks and asked about the refund process and said they cant do anything since it was through doordash, i paid for it on the starbucks app, and told me to contact them so i did and they told me since it was placed through the app to that direct store they have no payment details and also have no way of accessing my order, in short starbucks charged me $30 for 2 grande coffees and isnt helping me get my money back 👍
They just told us they aren’t doing free coffees for veterans today. Weird.
The gentleman with the glasses working the drive thru tonight had amazing customer service 🫡

You guys were in the heat of a rush when I came. And that is the reason I am not mad whatsoever. But my white mocha had a decent amount of cinnamon in it. As somebody who is allergic to cinnamon, I understand what you were trying to do with “fall” and everything but just for allergy purposes, I wouldn’t put cinnamon in drinks if it’s not asked for:)

Went to order some drinks before 10pm with the family and they had the doors locked and drive thru shut down. Politely asked the barista theough the drive thru window what time they closed and she simply waved her hand at us and said “We’re closed”. Post a sign next time!

Second time going to the store and they close before the time they say that they are going to close we showed up 10 minutes before the store closed and they wouldn’t take our order. And there were 2 other cars before me also leaving and going through the drive thru. I went to the window and they signaled they were closed. I did tell them it wasn’t even 10 and they didn’t seem to care.
