Where to start? From manager to little workers, no customer service, no clean food and DOH needs to be contacted. My order got cancelled without even letting me know. Terrible place!

You can't buy a meatball sub anymore apparently they only sell the boss. Which is one of the most expensive because of the extra meat. So if you want a regular meatball you have to pay extra for the sandwich and then ask them not to put one the extra. That makes no sense.

Went in to pick up an online order the employee was swamped only person working and he completely snapped at me and was very rude. I had to raise my voice which I am not proud of. But I will be damned if anyone speaks to me like that. If he would have been a little nice when I approached him I would have understood why he was behind. But as a customer I refuse to be treated like an inconvenience. Then his help finally walks in and she gave another customer the same attitude. Either these people hate their job or having a bad day. They shouldn’t take it out on their customers. My sandwich was a hot mess and had cheese which I did not order. Disappointed!!

This subway is inside waltmart, I was shopping and decided it to stop and grab a subway got there to get a subway and waited there for a good 10 mins and seem like the employees were in the back keep seeing them laughing passing by like if they were hiding and waiting for us to get tired to wait and just leave, more people started to line up behind me and no one bother to check on us or attend us the ppl behind me left I got inpatient so I started tot say “hello is anyone there” some short elf looking lady got out to serve me really rude like if she was bother she was doing her job I told her we were waiting for awhile even customers left she seems so bother and rude she ignore me and I ask her for the manager she said she was the manager, like it’s so sad how they hire anyone nowadays makes sense why they so rude they don’t get paid enough worse thing that can happen is get fired and find another fast food to work for I try to call the number to complain the voicemail was full this is a joke how they don’t care about customer service anymore, this is sad my advice find another subway don’t eat here unless you want to get them out from the back.

We placed a catering order over a month in advance for an our small wedding. Order was placed, driver was set, everything was fine. They were scheduled to deliver at 4. At 4:20 I received a call, while finishing getting ready for the most stressful day of my life, and was informed that they could not complete my order. Not even a heads up before 4, but 20 minutes after. I do not know how the food is here (obviously, because they never came) but if you are planning to make a large order from this location, I would advise having low expectations.

Placed an order online while I shopped. Food was done in good time. Just fyi though if you are ordering a meatball sub, make sure you get it toasted as the meatballs could be a little cold if you don’t. Thanks to the staff and the manager Luci for giving us that info and being so helpful.

Went to get a sandwich, and the veggie station was a mess. I didn't get the wheat bread I ordered. I got Jalepenos instead of pickles, and the sandwhich was made sloppy, the worst subway in Kyle.

12/13 Went in 30 minutes before closing and the guy said he couldn’t make my sandwich because “the manager forced him to shut the oven off to clean it”. I told him there was still 30 minutes before closing and he just shrugged his shoulders and said “ya my manager told me I had to shut down early”. I don’t believe it for a second. LAZY employees. Last time I drive out of my way for subway again.
