I walked in with my grandson and there was only 1 customer in the dinning room. I waited and waited for someone to come up. No ringer to say I was there. I finally walked to the other side of the wall and still couldn't see anyone in the back. Well the customer was actually an employee. She got up slowly, came around, washed her hands, and put on gloves. Then spoke to me. What can I get you? 2 pizzas. Sorry only have 1. I said fine I'll just get a sandwich. Then she pulls the pizza out and begins to cut it. I told her I could wait til the end. She said it won't heat all the way. She finishes cutting it and lifts the pizza to take it to the toaster. It falls. She literally cut through the paper, like who taught her that. There is a 2 pizza setting for more time. I can honestly understand the 2.9 rating. That is actually higher than I would give.

Despite the wait time they are short staff and deserve a good rating for the effort and honestly subway sandwiches are awesome not to mention you have an option to make your own sandwich that's a huge plus for me in my book.

I can get past being out of the bread I wanted, but I just love when incompetent kids throw my sandwich together. Little girl couldn’t be bothered to go get more ranch when I Asked for ranch and their bottle was empty. God forbid she has to work.

I visited this Subway location tonight expecting to order before closing. The website clearly states that the store closes at 10:00 PM, but when I arrived at 9:42 PM, the doors were locked. A young white female employee initially refused to let me in, even though the hours posted on the door confirmed a 10:00 PM closing time. Only after I pointed this out did she reluctantly open the door, but her attitude was unwelcoming.
Another employee helped prepare my sandwich but displayed little friendliness or professionalism, giving the impression that she did not enjoy her job. There was no apology for locking the doors early or for the poor service I experienced. I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed.
This kind of customer service does not reflect well on the Subway brand. If this location wishes to improve business and attract more customers, employees should adhere to posted hours, greet customers courteously, and maintain a professional, welcoming attitude until the actual closing time.

Where to start? From manager to little workers, no customer service, no clean food and DOH needs to be contacted. My order got cancelled without even letting me know. Terrible place!

You can't buy a meatball sub anymore apparently they only sell the boss. Which is one of the most expensive because of the extra meat. So if you want a regular meatball you have to pay extra for the sandwich and then ask them not to put one the extra. That makes no sense.

Went in to pick up an online order the employee was swamped only person working and he completely snapped at me and was very rude. I had to raise my voice which I am not proud of. But I will be damned if anyone speaks to me like that. If he would have been a little nice when I approached him I would have understood why he was behind. But as a customer I refuse to be treated like an inconvenience. Then his help finally walks in and she gave another customer the same attitude. Either these people hate their job or having a bad day. They shouldn’t take it out on their customers. My sandwich was a hot mess and had cheese which I did not order. Disappointed!!

This subway is inside waltmart, I was shopping and decided it to stop and grab a subway got there to get a subway and waited there for a good 10 mins and seem like the employees were in the back keep seeing them laughing passing by like if they were hiding and waiting for us to get tired to wait and just leave, more people started to line up behind me and no one bother to check on us or attend us the ppl behind me left I got inpatient so I started tot say “hello is anyone there” some short elf looking lady got out to serve me really rude like if she was bother she was doing her job I told her we were waiting for awhile even customers left she seems so bother and rude she ignore me and I ask her for the manager she said she was the manager, like it’s so sad how they hire anyone nowadays makes sense why they so rude they don’t get paid enough worse thing that can happen is get fired and find another fast food to work for I try to call the number to complain the voicemail was full this is a joke how they don’t care about customer service anymore, this is sad my advice find another subway don’t eat here unless you want to get them out from the back.
