Went to get a sandwich, and the veggie station was a mess. I didn't get the wheat bread I ordered. I got Jalepenos instead of pickles, and the sandwhich was made sloppy, the worst subway in Kyle.

12/13 Went in 30 minutes before closing and the guy said he couldn’t make my sandwich because “the manager forced him to shut the oven off to clean it”. I told him there was still 30 minutes before closing and he just shrugged his shoulders and said “ya my manager told me I had to shut down early”. I don’t believe it for a second. LAZY employees. Last time I drive out of my way for subway again.

Easily the worst subway I have ever been to and possibly the worst sub I've ever had!!
sub was cold even tho i asked for it to be toasted on the app and not only that the bread tasted like old leftover bread from a fridge! Really bad!

There was a sweet black girl in training and she was kind and clearly doing her best in a very busy line. The little hispanic manager was so rude to her when things were the manager's fault for literally not helping the girl in training make multiple sandwiches. The horribly disrespectful "manager" proceeds to pull the girl in the back, whilst customers are still waiting in line(sandwiches open and half constructed)to berate her for a few minutes! Loudly and audibly. This "manager" needs to be fired immediately! This is clearly a sinking ship with her at the wheel.
To the sweet employee, keep your head up, people aren't all like her. You did great!

The section where the food is located is never clean and neat! The employees fix the sandwich very sloppy. The young man who prepared my chicken and cheese dipper, placed the chicken and cheese in the middle of the wrap. The wrap was not a roll. It was flat with lots of empty wrap and the chicken and cheese was in the middle! I did refused it because it was horrible. When I asked could he make it better to be close to the advertisement; he said that was the way his manager told them to do it. Why don't you train your people how to prepare the food with some pride????

The short Hispanic girl with glasses was rude. It took her a minute to come out because she was talking to someone in the back. When she did come out she said “what do you want?” I said a wrap and she pulled out a flatbread. I apologized and said I wanted a wrap in a tortilla and she informed me they don’t make them like that anymore, they’d been discontinued. I said okay and went about ordering a sandwich instead.
Before she ever started making the sandwich, she instructed the other girl to ring me up and so the other girl did. I didn’t think about the fact that they charge for avocado so when she went to start putting the veggies on my sandwich, I asked for avocado and she asks me “did she already ring you up?” And I was like “oh yeah she did.” And told her never mind.
Then the short Hispanic girl “corrected” the other girl for not asking me what I would want on my sandwich when she rang me up. That was when I got upset because that was entirely the short girls fault for doing stuff out of order.
I was already having a bad day so I took it upon myself to try to tell her in the future she shouldn’t ring people up before making their food. She then interrupted me to tell me she had already corrected the other girl. I wasn’t mad at the person you’re training. I’m mad at the short Hispanic girl with the glasses for cutting corners.
It was small and petty but you never know what kind of day your guest is having and it shouldn’t have been this big of a deal.

Easily the nastiest Subway I’ve ever been in. Rather than addressing the issue the manager justifies it by saying “ we get reviewed ONCE a month, you’re the only one that complained!” That would account for the three stars. Sorry expectations are so low these days.

I ordered a veggie delight. It’s literally only vegetables. The entire base of which is lettuce. She gave me the smallest sprinkle and told me they weren’t allowed to give anymore. It’s a vegetable sandwich so if I can’t get vegetables, what’s the point? Told her to throw it away. We also got some meatball subs. These were the driest meatball subs I’ve ever seen. I asked for more sauce and was again told no. Go literally anywhere else.
