Only my 2nd visit to a Torchy’s, but had a very pleasant visit and will definitely be coming back to this location. Sean was very knowledgeable and helpful with menu suggestions and add-ons to enhance our meal experience. He was also just very welcoming and friendly. Great customer service!

Complete rip-off. I ordered the 'Double Feature' and nowhere in the description does it mention these are mini tacos/mini tortilla. Beyond the misleading size, the food was stone cold by the time I got it home—and I live only 5 minutes away. To top it off, the soda was a cup of ice with maybe two sips of actual drink in it.

I ordered a half queso and it came out half full so I got a quarter queso for the same price as a half
Great experience, raining cats and dogs and was able to get the online order done with pickup window late at night coming back from a wedding in round rock. Get home and the food is delicious as always and correctly done (no bbq sauce on the republican sub diablo). Took about 10 mins from order to get food (gave me just enough time to snag a shake nearby lol)

We come here often. Today the service was all around poor. The cashier was disengaged. The bartender wasn’t watching her tickets and instead talking to a friend. We had to walk to the bar to point out the drink ticket after our food arrived. The queso came out very cold and disgusting. When we mentioned it to the food runner, he stuck his finger in the queso right in front of us and turned around and walked away. He brought out some queso that was warm, but still not as hot as usual. At this point, we were not comfortable with the sanitation of the Food Runner. Torchy’s has always been expensive and barely justifies its pricing when things go perfectly. When they go this poorly, it just leaves you feeling angry.
