Staff was working at a snails pace even when the food was ready and many customers waiting for their food. The food was just thrown together sloppily. Even with the negative experience I do like Burger King so I'm hopeful that there will be a change.

Their soft drink machine is broken and the manager Yoli refused to acknowledge that the machine does not work.Never going back.
I CAME WITH A COUPON, IT SAYS WHAT IT OFFERS, BUT BECAUSE I RIPPED THE COUPON CODE AT THE CORNER AND COULDN'T SEEE THE LAST NUMBERS, EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS WHAT THE COUPON OFFERED, THEY TOLD ME THAT I COUDLNT GET IT WITHOUT THE CODE, ARE YOU KIDDING, I'M PRETTY DAMN SURE YOU HAVE THE COUPON CODES THERE, YOU COULDN'T HELP A CUSTOMER OUT BY JUST CHARGING ME WHAT THE COUPON SAID FOR THE ITEMS, YOU REALLY HAD ME DRIVE 15 MINS BACK HOME, ALMOST AN HOUR TO WASTE, FOR A FEW MISSING NUMBERS, THAT IS BEYOND RUDE, SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I stopped by to get a sandwich, walked in and greeted politely! When I placed my order I asked for no salt on the burger and I had to explain to the gal behind the counter that I didn’t want any salt on it. I asked for cheese and extra onions and mayo. They got that right but there was lots of salt on my sandwich and no cheese, and if I had to guess I would say that the bun was two to three days old (pretty dry) I had just started to go back to burger kings but my opinion is getting weaker and weaker on my decision. I do have to say that it’s just not this store that I have had bad luck in I just thought that somebody should know how their stores are being run
