“Don't let the school room tables and chairs fool you. Breakfast here is delicious. I mean Delicousssss. I had Juevos Rancheros and a pancake on the side, my partner had sausage egg and cheese tacos with a side of beans. Both of us had coffee. Let me tell you, everything was homemade and fresh. I would go there and recommend to anyone. I have not been for lunch or dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive. I wish they had coffee cups that were ceramic and didnt use plastic spoons but that will not deter me from returning (silverware is given for the food). The best breakfast in the Valley i.m.o.”

I had the crispy tacos and my husband had the cheese enchiladas. Both were flavorful and served hot. Well worth a visit.”

“It was our first time here and it turned out really good, my hubby and I shared a fish and shrimp basket tasted very good. I've never liked ceviche and when I saw it I was meh ? but I wanted to try it and OMG it was so good, nothing compared to the other places. We will most definitely be going back for more. Both ladies were lovely, service was fast and food came out fresh. They make almost everything homemade. I loved their lemonade ? so delicious”

“Me and my family are "frequent flyers." Of the dozens of visits, we have not once been disappointed. Fantastic draft selection! (Big fan of 5x5) Music and atmosphere are always great. I have never had a problem with service. I've had just about everything on the menu. Texas Toothpicks are always a hit with my tribe. Wings are ginormous! Buffalo shrimp with the raspberry/chipotle sauce are the BOMB! Portion sizes are huge! Prices are great! Keep up the great work y'all and... DON'T CHANGE A THING!”

“The place is clean. Employees are courteous. My problem is they never have unsweet tea. I’m not sure why they do not make more when they run out. For us diabetics. We don’t have a lot of options. I stop on my way to work at night. I have to get plain water due to them not making tea. This happens way too frequently.Dietary restrictions: Need to remake unsweetened tea when they run out. Some of us can’t have sodas ?”

“Visiting this McDonald's restaurant was as expected. The line outside to the drive-thru was slow. I parked and came inside to order my meal. Though I did not tell them it was a meal to go, they packaged it that way and that was exactly what I needed. The drive-thru line made backing out of the parking lot very difficult. This is a relatively small McDonald's and it is difficult to navigate outside. All together, the experience was about what I expected. Good but not exceptional.”

“I have been visiting Brownsville for work from many years and could not find a decent halal authentic Desi retsuarnt catering to the needs of Pakistani, Indian, Bangladeshi or Middle Eastern / Mediterranean food. Options were always limited to IHOP or Mexican Sea Food places.So happy to find this place this visit, which has opened only 3 to 4 months back.Nice decor and clean and hygienic run family owned restaurant. The owners are always to meet and greet customers. A large variety of authentic halal menu. We tried Dahi Bara, Chicken Biryani, Nihari and took White Chicken curry for take away for Sheri. All were good and had fabulous Masala Chai tea in the end. The decor and cutlery was high quality which the owners advised was all designed and arranged by their daughters.In short we enjoyed our stay and food and would always visit them whenever we are in Brownsville area. Only one suggestion is to start oven made fresh naans too in future if possible. May be I am expecting too much as visiting from Houston area.Syed Shahzad”

“I found this bar by doing a search for a fruit bowl on Google maps. My husband likes these and we just moved to the area. Usually I go to Smoothie King, but the pictures for MOFI looked pretty cool...so when I got there and the mixologist was so great and helpful with answering my questions and making me feel welcome!! ☺️ I will be going back to purchase other wholesome/organic items that they sell!!”

“A friend told us about this bakery. It is by far the BEST pan dulce I have ever had…and I’m 60 years old. I was in Olmitos for a visit and for our 3 hour drive home we picked up a few bags. It’s been 5 days now and I put the Pan dulce in my Tupperware container and it’s still soft. They had pan dulce we hadn’t heard of before. The lady behind the counter was very nice, she told us about each of our choices and the different fillings.You gotta stop by and pick some up ❣️??”
