The only thing i didn't like was the tea was way too sweet and it was hot in there, so kinda felt uncomfortable. Other than that great place. Will be going again.”

Took off a point for the atmosphere because of the noise. While it was clean and the decor was right on, the concrete floor, glass and tin walls, etc. provided no noise dampening, so as it got busy the noise level increased exponentially. Still worth it. Best BBQ I've had in the RGV.”

We got a lot of good comments from our congregation and visitors that came to church for RESURRECTION SUNDAY at 6 am and afterwards we service coffee, chocolate, & orange juice and pan dulce. “I was skeptical walking in. Mexican Loteria decorations everywhere. We sat down and there was 1 waitress and she was busy but she was still attentive and kind. Food arrived and omg soooo delicious!!!!!”

“I’d have to rate it a 4 just because of how pricey it kind of is due to the portion of the food. The customer service was quick, but the food wait did take a while. Also the restroom isn’t the cleanest, and the ac wasn’t working when eating. Overall, the food was great, and the salsas as well. Now I understand why it’s always busy. I’m not really a picky person so I would most definitely return and recommend if you’re up for a quick grab!

Parking: there’s only like less than 10 parking spot available since the area does take up a drive thru and the restaurant in one.”

“I used the drive-thru service, staff was nice. I was told to pull up to front of store and wait after I ordered, which was no problem. I ordered 2 carnita tacos on flour tortillas. They were very good. The salsa was also very good. My Coca-Cola was nice and cold. They had on music outside and it definitely gave me that good Saturday feeling. I decided to just roll down my windows and eat in my truck so I could enjoy the vibe.”

“Just came to the Mercedes location the workers were great I feel that there pay is too little on what they have to do they go inside charge but I can’t give them a tip cause I don’t have a option on the receipt another thing is notice that a lot of the items have gone up in price if your gonna increase the prices increase the workers pay as well I use to work in the progreso location and it hasn’t changed where you put the large pan of water you cook up the meat and you put the meat in the water and you leave it there until somebody orders the meals then you just reheat the meat and you sell it not fresh at all you guys need to change that method your gonna get somebody sick or killed from food poisoning this is why I don’t ever get any burgers from stars cause of the way you cook them and people who are gonna read this it is the truth and I have friends who work there as well and tell me the same thing”
