They got our order wrong the first time and when we went back to return they gave us this. So disappointed

I wish I could give negative stars after waiting for my order for 30 mins the manager gets mad because I got up and asked for my order after waiting 30 minutes for it he was very disrespectful yelling across the kitchen well we ran out what can I do. I replyed in that case you should have let me know instead of having me waste my 30 minute lunch. Looked like he was having a bad day but that still was no excuse to yell especially at a customer he needs to not clock in if he’s gonna have an additude problem I wouldn’t waste 1 penny in a restaurant that treats customers like that two asked for a refund and left. Hope corporate reads this and talks with the manager this was today at around 12:45 June 2 2025

Waited over 20mins for our order, at this empty dirty restaurant. What's with this city and having dirty dine in areas? Tables surrounding us were just as dirty. Meanwhile the idiots in the kitchen are moaning like they're having sex

Waited a long time for the order with no notification that it would take that long. The large family side and dipping sauce was missing with the order. The one side they did put of the mac and cheese was burnt bottom of the pan old and no condiments were provided. I paid good money and was very disappointed when bringing this home to my family. I don’t like to complain but this was a bad experience as I wish I would of took my business elsewhere.

Ordered 12 piece mixed family meal and chicken was undercooked and seemed old or has been under hot lamps for many hours. Breading was stuck on the chicken.

I have been in different locations but this one it's one of the best locations to visit,the chicken was delicious and the people working there are very polite and always trying to give you the best attention,I really appreciate and recommend this place if you want to eat the best chicken in town!

The service was bad I asked for chicken and the attend Answered me rudely and kept implying they he didn’t have chicken I also asked for a fruit punch and gave me unsweetened tea. Church’s should hire more responsible and reliable staff.

Ordered 2 - 10 piece meals with sides on church's website and also paid for it online. According to website it would be done in about 25 minutes. So arrived at Church's in La feria TX 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Guess what, it wasn't even packed and ready to go. Needed to wait and manager Devin declined any incentive for my bad experience with that store. I know they get quarterly bonuses but giving me a free apple pie or free biscuits just to much for Devin to afford. Even asked some kind of sides, no way no how. How stingy can you get?

Staff can tell you what they don't have.
They also act like they know it all.
