The food is nasty. Got the plate of bacon n egg n it was really greasy n like they cooked the egg n the bacon separate then just threw the bacon on top n mixed to make it seem like they were cooked together. Their flour Tortillas were all hard n practically burned.

This place is okay. You seat yourself. We waited like 2 mins, and no one told us anything. They have plenty to choose from on the weekends they serve breakfast all day. We ate breakfast. The food was good. We got chilaquiles, a tampiqueña, and the breakfast special. The breakfast special was a cup of menudo, eggs, barbacoa, and beans. All plates came with flour or corn homade tortillas. Service was great. The food did take a while to come out. The facility was clean, but outdated. The restrooms were dirty. The organization was not good, as they had some food stored right in front of the restrooms. You can see everything in the kitchen from the restroom hallway and it was a bit of a mess. I'm assuming because it was the lunch rush. Overall the food was good and the service was good also.

We went in midmorning on a Sunday so understandable that it was busy. It is a very pleasant atmosphere and the food is not overpriced. The food took almost 30 minutes to be served and I was disappointed. We ordered the Sunday Special combo #17 with a bowl of menudo, Barbacoa, eggs, and beans. I ordered a side of the fried potatoes and they were never delivered. The menudo was very mildly seasoned. It was lacking in flavor. The barbacoa was dry, the beans were flavorless and the eggs were overcooked (I ordered over medium and they were over hard). The server was nice and pleasant but too busy to care for her. When the food was delivered she did not provide us silverware so we had to request them from the bus boy.

Don't let the school room tables and chairs fool you. Breakfast here is delicious. I mean Delicousssss. I had Juevos Rancheros and a pancake on the side, my partner had sausage egg and cheese tacos with a side of beans. Both of us had coffee. Let me tell you, everything was homemade and fresh. I would go there and recommend to anyone. I have not been for lunch or dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive. I wish they had coffee cups that were ceramic and didnt use plastic spoons but that will not deter me from returning (silverware is given for the food). The best breakfast in the Valley i.m.o.
