Not a good experience today. My daughter and I stopped by and got off went inside to take an order to go. Saw there was a couple in line and no employee at the front, I could see into the kitchen and there were like 6 employees back there including a female in the red colored shirt. Took about 4 minutes standing there til finally a young cashier came to order. A school team walked in and their coach had already done their order but what I found very unprofessional was that they all were focused on the school order and the walking customers were left waiting. The female employee in red shirt should've taken care of the school order and she should've let 1 employee take care of the walk in customers. Very poor management and I've worked in customer service many years and this was poor handling. The restaraunt was not packed with customer's but yet it is very poor managed. 1st time here and very disappointed.

Drive through service is bad ,I couldn't even finish ordering with out getting interrupted every 5 sec. And still didn't get correct order correct. Charged for two meals I got home and only 1 in the bag. Then the manager with an attitude was rude . They need to slow down and listen to customers. Manager said go ahead and email who ever you want to. I don't care she needs to go back to scrubbing toilets again.
