My go to pizza hut on my way home. Love the drive thru. Order on app, which is super easy, pick up at designated time. Food is always hot and delicious. Staff is attentive and nice. Will continue coming here. Keep it up!!

Personal meat lovers pizza melt crust was burnt and ingredients were not cooked.I had to scrape meat out and cook in a skillet before i could eat the meat.

Could be better on the customer service and food....not much atmosphere as it's only a Drive thru. I don't think much emphasis on quality and taste are being implemented....it's just a brand name..unlike the full service Pizza Hut sit Down restaurants...which are always awesome...to bad...

So, I ordered two pizzas and some breadsticks. The pizza came out ok but the breadsticks were burnt. This location is a pick up location only, so I didn’t notice until I got home. However, I don’t know how it ever passed the employees’ inspection. The breadsticks were more like charred crackers. I tried eating them, but they were nearly inedible. Do better!

I wish I could give them 5 stars. The staff is nice but they can never get my order right. I asked for light sauce they soaked it in marina sauce. I asked for thin and crispy, I got soggy pizza. I called and t manager told me they could give me a credit to remake the pizza but I would have to pay taxes. Lk what? I paid taxes on the pizza i already ordered that was wrong or I could take the pizza back and they could remake it. Come on Pizza Hut. ??♀️

Fresh, hot and delicious were the pizzas I got. A pepperoni regular crust and a thin and crispy. There was a little mix up on my order but the employees there were really prompt and got my order corrected. Very friendly staff and very clean and organized location.

Tried placing order through the Pizza Hut app. The app overcharged me. Didnt recognized the coupon code. Then my order never made it to the store computer. Had to reorder and wait at the store.Ended up paying $5 more for what I originally ordered because the store didn't have e the $7 coupon deal on the computer.Food and customer service at the store were satisfactory to great.My issues are with the cheaply coded app with many bugs.

Pizza Hut in La Feria got my order wrong 3 TIMES. My first order was wrong, then I went back 2 days later to get my correct order. They got it wrong AGAIN. Then they made it a 3rd time, and got it wrong AGAIN. It was a simple order...1 Large Pepperoni Pizza with Beef on Side A, and Mushrooms on Side B.I got 2 Large Pepperoni Pizzas (no beef and mushrooms), and the 3rd Pizza had Pepperoni on Side A, and Beef & Mushrooms on Side B.Seriously, how do you mess up a Pizza 3 TIMES!? Extremely disappointed...
